When the technician did arrive there were two heads that need to be replaced (after spending almost 4 months in 2012 to get the system installed). it took almost 3 weeks to get the heads replaced, when the heads were replaced the system worked very well.

we found out several reputable companies only charge $55-75 for start up not $195. the estimate for repairs was $325, the actual cost to repair the system was under $100 from another company and the new company adjusted the spray heads FAR more efficientally than Automatic Rain ever had season after season. they have simply priced themselves out of the market and the communication and punctuality was never good.

I think they have changed their name, but I cannot remember it. I spent about $1,000 totally. They were the company that the previous owner’s had used. So, I have continued to use them. Their price is a little higher than I would like, though.

Please note review is for automatic rain's new home repair division called Mange It is not a review of their irrigation service, which has always been great The work from Mange was average but they are incredibly hard to talk to. They always promise they will call but they never do. They kept a piece of our custom trim and now will not call us back so we can get it back. Truly a surprise because their irrigation division has always been top notch and responsive.

They have came out 2 or 3 times this year, have met my needs each time. They are on time. I had an emergency call, a system wouldn't shut down. I called and he was here within an hour to work for five hours fixing it.
