Getting my siding fixed was a big pain up until I called the guys at Atlas. Working with Atlas was night and day better than the other guys. Background The siding on my house got blown off several weeks ago in a storm. I called a company that I use for other work to recommend someone. They gave me the name of a "handyman". I called them and left a message. The next day I get a return call asking me what was wrong (something I described in the message). Long story short, he said he'd be out to quote it 3 separate times and never showed up. I called to complain and he came out the next day. The quote he gave me was too high ($1000 to replace all the siding on that side of the house) and his attitude was one of annoyance, like I was wasting his time. I knew within 30 seconds this wasn't going to work. Solution - Atlas I checked Angie's list and decided to call Atlas. It was a 180 degree shift in professionalism from my last guy. Jeff was polite and courteous and answered the phone on the first call! He said he'd get to my house the next day which was fine as I called at 5:00PM. He showed up exactly as he promised. He even worked around my schedule and did the quote while I was at work. He called me immediately with the quote and we setup a date and time for him to do the work. Not only did they show up on the day they said, they were there 15 minutes early. My wife was home when they got there and she mentioned that they were very polite and professional. They got right to work, fixed the siding and didn't leave a mark on the rest of the house or in the yard. The siding looked great and the price was perfect. This is exactly how home repair should be. I highly recommend using Atlas for siding repair.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew were professional and did excellent work. I had some concerns in the beginning and he talked me down. Jeff was always quick to respond to phone calls, etc. His price was the same in the beginning as it was in the end, which is always a surprise to me with this kind of work. I highly recommend this company and would gladly use them again.

He responded to a phone call same day. Gave an estimate the next day, and fixed it by the time I was home on Friday.

Quote was quick, he called when our windows arrived in his warehouse and the night before install, showed up on time, finished on time, and bill was exactly as quoted. Great value, great service, and great quality work. If I could give them a grade higher than an "A", I would. I wish all the contractors I used were this good.

They did a really good job. They paid attention to details. The owner of the company did the work. They cleaned up after themselves. They just did an excellent job. I rate them high across the board.

The job went well from start to finish.This was not an easy job due to the heighth of the gable ends of the house and the amount of work that had to be done off ladder scaffolding.Jeff and his assistant Miguel were both first rate.I wouldn't hesitate to use Atlas for any job of this type.Jeff is reliable , dependable and thorough, having subbed out many jobs over the years I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a better contracter than Jeff.

I called to explain my situation from storm damage and to receive an estimate . I spoke with Jeff who indicated he would come out to my home to see the door, door sill, and siding issues I was experiencing. He was prompt and professional. What I really appreciated was that when he came to provide me with an estimate, he brought an "album" to show me what the work would look like (pictures from his past projects) when completed. This resulted in my requesting if he could do the "additional repairs" not due to the storm damage. The work was done on time and promptly. He indicated a rain date if it planned to rain. I left in the morning for work and when I returned from work it was completed. The workmanship is quality and Jeff indicated that if I have any problems to call (I have not experienced any problems or concerns at this time). Later, I found out he was the owner, is very down to earth, provides quality service, is extremely professional, and I highly recommend his services. Although, I paid somewhat more than other estimates, I don't think think I would have received the quality of the work completed. Most importantly, I did not see one bit of "work stuff" left on my lawn, patio, or rose bushes, etc. A great experience - not painful at all!

I emailed the company at night and had a email response first thing the next morning. Jeff was prompt and professional. He gave me a firm and very reasonable estimate. He gave me a couple of possible time within the week that he could perform the work. As promised, he completed the work without me needing to be onsite on the day and time promised. The siding work matched the other siding perfectly and the work was very well done. I couldn't give a better recommendation for his services.

The owner was wonderful and professional. I can't remember his name right now, but he came to our home and gave us an estimate. The work was done on time and at the cost we were told. He was very helpful! More so than any other person we'd talked to about the spot near our back door. Everyone else wanted to replace the whole door. He just fixed the problem without trying to make us spend more than we needed to. We love the windows he put in. They are of high quality and have some features we really like. The hanging of the windows is also done very well. Our home instantly looked so much better. I will definitely use this company again, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Overall, I felt that the work was very professional with good attention to detail and no corners cut, and was still reasonably priced. I was able to call on a Saturday to arrange for an estimate during the following week. Jeff came to the house while I was away at work to take measurements and make notes in order to prepare the estimate. Shortly after that he sent the itemized estimate in the mail and then we arranged for a time in the evening for him to come and go over the proposal with me. He was very professional. He described the process, showed me pictures of examples, and explained the proposal in detail, stating that we could take items off of the list if we desired, etc.. We discussed different options for colors and features. He also walked all around the outside of the house with me and explained all of the work that would be done around the windows, doors, and other fixtures on the exterior. The work was able to be started soon after I signed the contract and took less than two weeks to complete with a few days skipped due to rainy weather. Jeff kept in contact with me by phone throughout the process to keep me informed of the progress on materials that were ordered, when they expected to start the work, and when they expected to finish. Once I saw the completed work, I was very happy with the attention to detail. All trim around the windows and doors looked smooth and professional. Nothing looked sloppy. Before the job started I was worried that there might be extra work to do because of several areas of bad wood that needed to be replaced. They were careful to replace all of those areas before covering them with the vinyl siding and it did not cost any more than the original estimate indicated. They were careful to put back all window screens when they were done. They re-attached my doorbell and re-hung my shutters and house number right where they were before. After the job was finished, Jeff walked all around the outside with me again to look at the finished product and answered any final questions I had.

Installed siding on the soffit, fascia boards, cased existing windows and doors, replaced the gutters, and installed vinyl dental molding to replace the existing wood dental molding. Everything was performed just the way Jeff Wright explained during the estimate process. His attention to detail was apparent in every facet of the job. I would definitely recommend Atlas for any siding work and would not hesitate to contract them again to do work for me.

I got bids and they were all over the place price wise. Jeff Wright is the person that I dealt with. They gave me a full print out sheet that was very detailed on what they would do. Somebody that I worked with had referred him. I was impressed with him and he showed me the windows that he had available. He told me exactly what they would do. They were slightly delayed because of the weather but he kept me informed. He kept in touch every single day. They cleaned up everything and they work perfectly. He did a great job and I couldn't be happier. It was outstanding work and outstanding product.

They did a really good job. The guy who came out to get the work done was really nice. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well and everything happened like the way they said it would. We haven?t had any trouble with the windows.

I got several quotes for this work; Atlas came in the lowest and I was impressed by the professionalism of the owner who provided the estimate. When the time agreed upon came, he installed the siding over a period of a few days. I'd come home from work and see more and more of my house with the new siding. Everything was cleaned up and taken away, and he was kind enough to pull down and cart away an old metal shed by the house. About a year later I noticed one of the small side pieces near the roof was loose. I called him and the next day it was corrected. There have been no problems since.

This guy was just unbelievable. I also had referred them to a girl that I work with and they did great with her as well. Also, here parents seen their work and they were from Virginia. They wanted to hire him, but unfortunately, he would not go that far. Everything worked out just great, the windows are great. I called a bunch of people about this and he seemed to be the only one who seemed interested in the job. I do not recall a price. My husband does though. It was right on, I just do not remember it.
