AT HOME ROOFING

The roof job that they did was very good but with the gutters, they did not do a good job. The gutters did not actually drain. Later, they said that they actually don?t do gutters but they did it for courtesy. But the fact was that we had paid for the gutters as well. They did not end up fixing the gutters. Their pricing was pretty good.

Our consultant was quick in getting the estimate and seemed to work well with our homeowner's insurance. Yet it was nearly 3 mos before work actually began. When I was told that work would begin in about 2 weeks, the very next day the materials were delivered to my driveway - right behind my car. So, I had to call to have the materials moved so I could get out of my garage. It was about a week before work actually began, yet no one told me until the commotion woke my toddler and infant and I pretty much figured it out for myself. Since I'm home most of the day it would have been nice to know when they were coming so I could have made arrangements to be out of the house. The workmen were fast, professional, and did a pretty good job of cleaning up the yard upon completion of the roof. Finally, I had to call my consultant nearly a dozen times to make arrangements for me to pay. In the end, a different consultant came to pick up the check, not sure what happened to the first guy.
