Description of Work: They replaced our heating and air system. They did a great job at a decent price. The only drawback was that they underestimated the length of the job and showed up later than expected a couple of times. They were very nice and did a great job.

+ -1 moreDean notified me that he had turned off the water to the area and that the part was not available from any supplier open on the holiday weekend. As soon as he was able to put his hands on the part, it was fixed immediately. His communication and efforts at finding the part were appreciated.
Description of Work: I had a tenant who had an issue with their water, Dean responded quickly and addressed the problem over a holiday weekend and then went back with a part on Tuesday (after holiday) and got everything back in working order. My tenant was very happy with the efficiency with which the problem was addressed.
