I called on June 19 at 9:50 a.m. to request service on a dishwasher. I got their answering machine and left a voice mail with my phone number and a description of the problem. It is now June 25 and I still have not received a callback. I left a grade of C, because I did not want to leave an F since I didn't actually interact with them.

The cost of fixing it would have been too much due to the age of the refrigerator. Bought a new one.

Kevin diagnosed the Samsung dryer problem and installed the new part same day. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and took care of additional details. He explained everything clearly. He provided information on cost savings and maintenance. What a pleasure to have found a great repair service for the dryer and dishwasher! Highly recommend for any large appliance!

Contacted company and they were able to come out same day. Quickly diagnosed problem and had the parts with them to fix a Kenmore dryer. Quickly and efficiently fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommended and will certainly use again if the need arises.

The unit is side-by-side Frigidaire Gallery model, two-and-a-half years old. The freezer temperature started rising from its regular temperature of 0-degree F. The refrigerator side temperature is steady at its regular temperature of 36. This problem was emailed in detail to the company Friday night. The service person visited on Saturday, and did a very cursory look . He was unable to diagnose the problem. There is clearly a problem in the freezer side with the temperature rising, but he said he did not see a problem. Specifically, he said he did not see any mechanical problems, and insinuated that it could be an electronic problem and he seemed to be incompetent in this area. He admitted he was confused about the problem. His final recommendation: Just wait and see. Also, his service call charge ($45) is quite steep for just a cursory check. The senior discount is a joke. He refused to give the discount saying that no service was performed. If you think you have an electrical or electronic problem, I feel that this person will not be the right choice to call. What a waste of time and money. We will be looking for another knowledgeably repair person.

Good job scheduling and calling in advance of visit to avoid having to wait for service. Whirlpool side by side refrigerator came with house and was about 12 years old. It stopped cooling and I thought it was worth a service call to see if it could be fixed instead of replaced. Technician advised only a starter for the motor was needed, and that this brand and year of refrigerator was generally well-built, making it worthwhile to fix instead of repair. He had the needed part, and repair took only about 30 minutes. Honest, punctual and efficient - hope I don't need them again, but they're first on the list if I do.

Good but unexpectedly expensive. They were $95 to check out a fridge and adjust the temp/water line. No new parts needed.

All the times we've had ASofL working they've been prompt and professional. Every time the company owner stops by to make sure the technician has completed the job properly. One time when we had ordered a part for our oven it was seriously delayed due to an overseas natural disaster where the part was manufactured. ASofL never forgot our lost our information which was remarkable. Will continue to use them.

I called another closer service that also had a high rating on Angie's List, but they were booked up for a full week. I then called Appliance Service of Lexington (also with an and quot;Aand quot; rating), and, though they were unable to come out that day, they were able to come out the following afternoon. As promised, the service man called ahead to confirm someone was at home prior to arrival. When he arrived, he immediately went to work diagnosing why our dryer was not producing heat. He replaced our defunct heating element. Also, out of concern for our safety, at no additional cost to us he also replaced the exhaust duct that connects the dryer to the outside of the house. He also indicated that the kind of ducting we were using was not only unsafe, but, because it had become constricted, he believed that was most likely the reason for a premature and quot;deathand quot; of our heating element on our 7-year-old dryer.) The dryer is working properly now. We are very satisfied.

Great service! My dryer quit working, and I had trouble finding a company who would repair this particular brand of dryer. Appliance Service was able to fix it, and they were able to come out on the first day I had available. The guy who repaired my dryer was on time, knew exactly how to fix the problem, and had the dryer up and running less than 30 minutes after he walked in the door! He even moved it to the correct location away from the wall, and lined up the washer. He gave me some great tips about keeping the washer and dryer clean and how to keep from having trouble out of them in the future. They will definitely be my first call the next time I have trouble out of any of my appliances!

They were quick to send someone out to look at it and diagnose the problem. They did tell me it would take 7-10 days to get the part in. Somewhere along the lines, our work order dropped through the crack and I had to call and check up on it. They came out quickly that day, apologized for the issue and gave me a small discount, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great experience. Came out exactly when he said he would. Indicated the problem could be one of a few issues, did excellent job troubleshooting and fixed problem quickly and now our old fridge is working like a pro!

Checking on my laundry, I saw that I had water all over the bathroom and adjoining kitchen flow. No leaks from the hot water heater or drain from the floor above. Too busy to deal with a repairman at the moment I called and schedule a check / repair for the following week - they could have had someone there the next day. They came out and checked my washer. They took off the cabinet, jumped the lid switch, and ran through various test cycles (fill, spin, rinse, etc.) and found no leaks / water whatsoever. I watch the repairman and can confirm that every valid test was ran / washer checked. The repairman did tell me that my Whirlpool model would leak during filling if the tub was pushed forward - I never noticed, so not sure if that was the issue. I have ran three loads through since with no issues.

I left a message on the phone Sunday night and they were prompt, not only with getting back to me on Monday, but working me in on that day. I recently purchased 15 year old apartments will the original appliances still in them. The repairman was able to fix the refrigerator unit - the flap that is between the freezer and refrigerator was stuck but he said the timer in the dishwasher wasn't working and because of the age, a replacement part would be hard to find - but was willing to look if I wanted. I was please with the office personnel, the repairman and the service.

The problem was diagnosed quickly and the part ordered. When it arrived the replacement was made quickly. The service person was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
