I picked a pattern on Friday April 11th. They started at 10:00 am Tuesday morning April 15th and were completely finished at 7:45 pm. I chose Hickory (it used to be Burnt Sienna) dimensional tab tiles. My roof was 19 years old and we had had issues with it since Ball Homes built the house. This is one beautiful roof and checking from the attic it looks like they did a fantastic job. They did not use a nail gun or staples. They used good solid roofing tacks. I can't praise them enough. The crew was busy, and kept busy till my roof was done. I have a very steep roof. Nothing extra for that and they even vented for me. Good people. Great crew. It went very quickly. I expected 2-2.5 days to complete. They finished in 1. The roof looks amazing.

Job was finished in 2 days which was time frame given to us before job start. Workers were courteous and efficient. Supervisor was polite, answered all of our questions, and corrected or explained all questions after job was completed. Only negatives were clean up of nails and some damage done to gutter guards. Rrecommended company to a neighbor which also used this company.

This company opened their Lexington office in 2012 but have been in NC for several years and the reviews from that area were good as well. The owner is originally from Louisville and has many years in the construction and roofing business. This is the second property I have used this company to replace the roof. They have done an excellent job both times. This roof was larger than the first home they did for me in April 2012. There has been much storm damage in Lexington and they worked with both of my insurance companies as my representative to make sure I got the best coverage possible. They were professional, courteous, arrived when they said they would, finished the job in one day, did an excellent job and cleaned the area before they left. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. I have recommended them to others.
