They are punctual, and the tech is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

They do a good job. In terms of price, we had another estimate, which was lot more. In terms of punctuality, they keep calling me to get my inspections done, which is good.

They got out very quickly. They were pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable.

On time service, found ants quickly, preventative measures have been effective, explained services well, & answered all questions.

They are amazing. Anyone should feel comfortable going with them because they are really great in terms of their pricing and they have got a guy on the top named Charlie, and he is fantastic. They are probably one of the best pest control people in the area. The UK Entemologists say he is the best in the state, he really is. He is a nice guy. They are always on time. They are fast. They are courteous. They are everything I would expect when we are paying.

This company was recommended to me by the home inspection company since the inspection company I used doesn't inspect for termites or radon. I contacted the company to schedule an appointment, which was extremely difficult as the woman kept changing her mind about when the service man could come out. She actually called me back later in the day to reschedule again, which I was fine with at the time (note they had my phone number to call back and reschedule). They were going to drop off the radon canisters and inspect for termites on WEDNESDAY and pick up on FRIDAY. A few days later they called my realtor early in the morning to find out when the inspection was supposed to happen, because apparently the secretary/office clerk forgot which day it was and thought they were supposed to be there Monday. When Wednesday came, my realtor had to wait to let them in the home for an extra 30minutes because they were running behind. I saw the inspector on Friday when he picked up the canisters from the house, he told me the results would be back shortly and some one would be in contact with me. Our list to the seller was due on Sunday... since I had heard nothing from the company I assumed the inspection was okay. By THURSDAY the next week I still had not heard from the company - so I called them. The woman told me that yes they had the report and that she didn't know what to do with it so she just stuck it in a file. I requested it be faxed to me at work. Originally she only faxed the radon report, with out the termite report, which I had to call back and request, but that is a separate problem. When I received the report the average radon level in the basement was almost 3x the recommended level and mitigation had been recommended. My husband and I both work in healthcare - our patients expect us to act and inform them of worrisome tests/labs. I expect the same respect and action as a paying customer. Why if I paid $185 upfront would I not want the company to send me the information about my house and the fact they were recommending mitigation. What good does the piece of paper in a file do me if they never called/emailed/snail mailed/faxed etc until prompted by the client? As I said they had my number and they had my realtor's number - they could have found what to do with the report. I would recommend double repeating everything and leaving very specific instructions. Or go with a different company.

L*** and Wes were absolutely wonderful. Very thoughtful and thorough. They worked so hard and we even have a six month guarantee. We learned so much from them.

They came out, showed me what they thought I should do and they did it in an efficient manner. They came right out.

They came out to give me an estimate and they are going to do the work next week. She was quite thorough.

The inspector arrived a few minutes early and inspected the exterior of my property while I was on my way home from work. He completed the inspection in no time and seemed very thorough. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Called them and they were here the next day (<24 hour turnaround). The technician was here 20 minutes early and was, in fact, nearly done by the time I got home. Great job, quick service, fair price.

They arrived about 10 mins early went right to work and was completed in about 45 mins

It went great. They arrived 20 mins early and were done after ~ 45 mins. They were funny yet got the job done. There were lots of roaches flushed out in the first 5 days but we have not seen any roaches since 10 days after the service. I would gladly do business with them again

They were on time and as scheduled for the job. They did a good job and I will use their services in the future, too.

They come and just leave a little tag. I like the fact that I don't have to be here when they come. All their work is exterior so they just leave a hang tag saying they were here and what the results were. We have an annual contract.

The raccoon ended up being outside during the time, but hasn't been able to come back with the vents covered. They were very professional and it was a reasonable price.

I was removing a stake from around a tree and when I pulled it out of the ground the bottom half of the wooden stake was pretty much eaten by termtes. This tree is about 10-15 feet from the back of my deck so I to be careful I contacted a Allrite to have a home inspection performed. Everything went great and they gave me several suggestions that will help to keep termites permanently away.

Had All-Rite spray 2 weeks prior, but inside ants appeared in a new area (only saw 2) and had a few insects still living outside. Definitely could have lived with this, but wanted to be as bug-free as possible. Called to schedule a follow-up service. Chad (same tech) arrived on time and was very professional. I found it odd/impressive that he was upset we still had insects...not used to seeing people care about and take such pride in their work. He thoroughly sprayed around the exterior of the house. Insect population is no longer in existance. Every now and then I'll see a bug that's crawled on our patio, but died on its journey. Thanks All-Rite!

Left a message for them to call me back, which they did promptly. Was given an estimate, and then scheduled for them to come out. The lady explained that typically with ants, they spray once and then come again about 2 weeks later. Chad arrived on time, in a company truck, very professional look and acting. He found where the ants were coming in at, and sprayed. Also set out ant traps in case there were any stragglers (although there weren't). He then went outside and sprayed very thoroughly the outside of the house. He wasn't able to spray inside (besides the kitchen) because we have a crawling baby. He explained that this should take care of our problems, but if not, to call back in about 2 weeks and they'll come out to spray again but for half price. Immediately the ants were gone and the outside bugs began to die.

I asked for advice on controlling the fleas that had gotten into my house. The representative that came to my house was punctual and very informative. She advised me to not spray my yard. She said that spraying the yard really does not help. She then told me how to control the fleas in my house and offered advice on the types of flea bombs and sprays available. I was not charged for the house call and my flea problem was solved with the representative's advice.

They were always prompt, courteous, and very professional. They did exactly what they said they would, and in the time frame that was quoted. We developed an ant problem after the original estimate was given. The termite treatment also got rid of the ants, as stated in the borchure. After treating the perimeter of the house, they found the source of the termites in an apple tree in the back yard, & also treated the tree, which was not part of the original estimate. The termites & ants are gone, we couldn't be more pleased.

We had estimates from two other firms. All-Rite had the best estimate.The estimator came promptly and gave us a clear description and estimate for the work. The technician came on time and applied the termite treatment with little muss or fuss. We were pleased with the result.

We had tiny black ants appearing in our living room. I called All-Rite and had an appointment within 3 days. The technician that came out was courteous, prompt, and professional. He came inside to see the types of ants we had been finding, and then checked the perimeter of the exterior of the house to locate where they were entering the house. He found their entry point and traced their path back to the nest. He then sprinkled a powder to prevent them from re-entering the house and treated the nest. Also, after checking to make sure we didn't have small children in the house, he also treated the baseboards in the house where they had been entering. He was very thorough, explained everything before he did it, and was very tidy. He showed me the nest, the ant trail, and where they were entering the house, so I could check later in the week and make sure the treatment worked. He also took the extra step of getting rid of some of the ants by hand that were already inside around the baseboards he treated. I was very pleased with the service All-Rite provided, and will definitely use them again.

We had a renter in our home who said there were noises in the ductwork at night, keeping him from sleeping. This all happened right around Christmas day. Regardless, the people from All-Rite were great about coming right out, working with us to identify the animal, and then to catch and release. This happened 2 years ago, so I don't remember all the details, but I do know they are who I would call if I had the same problem again.
