Used faulty Peel-n-Seal on porch roof. Material was defective within 6 months of installation. We were told the material had a 10 year manufacturer warranty and the labor had a five year warranty. We contacted All American Renovations in May to show them the defects on our porch roof. The owner came to our house and confirmed that there was a problem. The company agreed to contact the manufacturer and provide us the home owners with all original paperwork and receipts. We have sent multiple emails and texts and called several times over the past two months. All American Renovations refuses to return any of our calls texts or emails. The work was never repaired.

supposed to start Nov 26 2012 however job working on before me became more than expected. delayed my project. In early 2013 one of partners jailed (for something?) and found matials ordered hadn't been paid for so returned. Contractor spent moey, so no money no material no work. Was informed recently that the partners had broken up about time of signing contract but not told this and supposedely rating for this company on this site was due to the other partners rep. I was not informed of all of this and supposedly the partners had split up the work projects, still not explaining to the customers.

They sealed 3 leaks. It was good. They were very polite and friendly.
