lI requested an estimate for repair of a leak in a flat, rubber roof. They showed up when they said they would, gave me a fair estimate, came out when they specified. The first repair did not work (as is common with flat roofs). Flat rubber roofs are notoriously difficult. They came back twice more until the job was perfect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

AIC was absolutely awesome. I discovered a leak in my spare bathroom ceiling and contacted AIC because they were rated so highly on Angie's List and a coworker of mine had used them. After Brian came, I understand why they are so highly regarded. He thought at first that there might be a simple fix for my leak that he could do right there but after futher investigation, he found four places in the roof that were leaking and other spots on my ceiling that were showing signs of water damage. A total roof replacement was necessary. After all of the options, it was obvious that the best value for my house was the three dimensional shingles. I called on a Monday to schedule the replacement and they were able to do it on Thursday afternoon. It was completely finished and cleaned up by the time I got home from work that day. Great all the way around!

They were quick returning my calls and answering my questions. I signed and faxed the quote back on 6/7/11 agreeing the price of $450. But I didn't hear anything back, so I called on 6/13/11 to make sure they got it, and the man in the office said they did and he had ordered the supplies for the job. He seemed surprised no one had contacted me back yet. They were scheduled to come on 6/15/11, but it rained, and I didn't receive a call rescheduling me. But they showed the next morning of 6/16/11 to do the work. Work went fine it seemed, so far so good (too soon to tell), and price was competitive with other prices, they just need to work on their customer communication.

I spent around $300 to repair the house that I’m selling and living in. The gentleman that came out was fairly knowledgeable and did a very good job. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They were very fair on the pricing. They worked on the roof and didn't fix the problem so they came back and didn't charge us any more. They were friendly and professional. They did a really good job so they definitely knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up and nothing was left. We would probably have them come back and do the rest of the roof next year.

The roofer came out and did an assessment. He was very nice and professional. I didn?t choose him because there was another roofer who went through every little thing that the first company had done wrong. The roofer from AIC Roofing & Construction was pretty much on target as far as the things that he told me. They told us to call them back if we were interested with their services. The roofer followed up with us, but he didn?t offer to come out and go over the issues whereas the other roofer did. So that made all the difference. I would consider getting another quote from them in the future since I probably need to have the house re-roofed.

I requested a price quote to have the old shingles removed and replaced along with all roofing accessories. I requested the quote with basic 3 tab 25 year shingles having a minimum 5 year labor warranty, 5 year 60 mph wind warranty and a 10 year algae warranty and an adder for 30 year dimensional shingles with a 5 year 110 mph wind warranty and with the same labor and algae warranty. Prior to any work being performed all companies I requested quotes from were informed that they would have to provide proof of being licensed by the city, provide proof of general liability insurance and provide a lien waver/release of liens form to receive final payment. After receiving my e-mail request for a quote they called to set up an appointment to see my roof and go over the estimate with me and discuss with me any questions I had. They arrived at my have right on time. Included in the proposal were manufacturer's brochures of the proposed products for my review. Upon making the decision to use them and letting them know the roofing colors I was interested in they dropped off samples for me to see what they would actually look like so I could make a better final decision. I then dropped off the samples and a check for approximately 10 percent of the cost as a down payment. A couple days later I informed themof the color shingles I wanted and found out when they would do the job. Next they provided proof of liability insurance. They had informed me they would arrive at the job site around 6:30 AM to beging setting up tarps for catching debris, unloading supplies etc., before beginning shingle removal and that they should be finished by 2:00 PM. They arrived on time and by 7:00 AM were removing the shingles. Everything went smoothly and by 1:45 PM the roof replacement was complete including cleanup. They dropped off the completed release of liens form at 6:00 PM and after I signed their copy I gave them final payment for the balance of the cost.

There was a hurricane that came through the area and my insurance company covered half of our roof damage. I spent about $5,000 on this company and searched them on Angie's List to check their reputation. The company's estimate and price was reasonable based on what I found. They were very punctual and answered all of the questions I had. They called me at home to update me on the status of the project and to give me any information I requested. The crew showed up and completed the job in one business day, there was nothing unforeseen that slowed the project down. We have had only one decent rainstorm since then, and I have not found any leaks or damage from it.
