The entire AIC experience was excellent. They thoroughly explained our options, provided a reasonable quote, showed up on-time/early, and got the job done with a minimum of inconvenience.

They gave us a comprehensive quote, provided references and did the job on time and professionally. I also received in the mail, about one month after the job was finished, a copy of my roof warranty. We were very pleased with the work AIC did and would definitely use them again.

I didn't use them.They were very professional but their estimate was very high. They were responsive in coming out and giving me the estimate.

Our upstairs ceiling developed a leak. Called AIC and explained problem. Blaine arrived promptly; quickly assessed the source of the leak. Because he had our type of shingles on his truck, he was able to do replacements that same day. I am very pleased with the quality of work. And the price was excellent.

Blaine met me at the house on 6/5/13 measured and inspected the old roof that has started to leak. He gave me an estimate and we agreed on a price. I gave him 20% down to get them going. He stated he was two weeks out and would start on that Monday. He also was very helpful in helping me choose the right shingle for my house. Weather Wood Timberline HD. Craig called Monday the 17th at 7:30 am and said he and his crew were on there way. I worked for a half day and when I got home they had most of the old roof off and were replacing some bad boards. His crew did an outstanding job. You could tell by the way they all worked together that they have been doing this together for a long time. The shingles Blaine picked out look great and matched up with my wood siding perfectly. They got the job all done in one day. I liked the big magnet on wheels they pull around the entire house that picked up any of the old stray roofing nails. They cleaned up very well. It is hard to tell that they were even here other than there is a new roof on the house. They also recommended a contractor to repair the drywall where the roof had leaked. All in all it was very low stress. They did everything they said the would and when they said they would do it. Thunder storms rolling in tonight. I cant wait as I will be secure knowing the roof no longer leaks and will last 50 years. Thanks Blaine and Craig it was a pleasure working with you guys. Tim

Overall it was great. They were very responsive to my initial phone call, made sure to stay in touch, explained everything, came when they said they would, and finished really quickly -- about 3 days for a huge project. And they cleaned up completely. I'd say it was 99% a great experience. The only 1% (maybe .05%) was that a couple of very minor things needed to be done and I had to keep calling to get them to come back. I know this is standard, but I was leaving on a long trip and & didn't need to extra phone calls; otherwise I probably wouldn't have cared. But they did a really superficial job on one of the things & my husband finally did it himself. It wasn't a big deal and I would definitely use them again. They were on the high end of the quotes (though not the highest), but they were the most thorough and inspired the most confidence.

They repaired my mother's roof in 2011 and they did a good job. They are professional and very responsive. We were able to pick out the materials that she wanted to use. They are a GAF certified contractor which means you get a fifty year warranty on the shingles which I really liked. They had the cheapest prices around when we were looking to replace my roof. Most roofing company's will contract the actual work out to a side contractors to install the roof. I would use them again in the future.

that they were very professional in all communications and contact. Their assessment was that the repairs would definitely fall within the deductible on our home insurance policy. They suggested we attempt to get a hold of the original roof installer and see if we could have them repair the leak. That is exactly what we wound up doing and it worked out perfectly for us. Although this company did not provide the service we thought they were extremely professional in their assessment and recommendation.

Blaine came out and gave me an estimate on 4/12/13. He was prompt and professional. I got a couple of other estimates, but felt the most comfortable with Blaine. I signed the contract and waited for the cap to be made. I would have liked a bit more response after I emailed the signed contract to them as I didn't hear anything until I got a phone call on 4/26 saying they would install the cap that day. I prefer to be able to schedule these things in advance. The cap was installed (I do not remember the name of the installer) and he cleaned up and left. I was overall very happy with their service.

They did great. I think they did a very nice job. The person that I made the arrangements with was very professional and gave me a lot of good information for me to think about. They did a good job and they were on time. The only negative I had was that they had to replace some parts of the wood on the roof and they left some wood pieces in the yard and I did find some nails in the driveway that weren't picked up with the magnet. Other than that I'm very pleased with my roof and I’m very pleased with how it looks. I talked with the person who coordinated with all of the problems I had and he was very good about responding to what I had to say. They seemed to do very well.

The supervisior came first. Unloaded his truck. The workers showed up 30 minutes later. Immediately got on roof and started to work. The supervisor and workers were very courteous and worked very hard. when they finished, the area around my house did not have so much as a stray nail laying around. The biggest surprise was when the siding was cleaned of black dust/marks from old roofing that had fallen during removal. I am very pleased with AIC and excellent job that was done.

It was a very good experience. Had some questions on a leak, they sent the manager out to check on it. He explained things very well to us and was very easy to work with. I would recommend them to other people.

Blaine came ready to repair my roof, did the most important work (stop the leaking) immediately. He searched to match my color shingles perfectly, came back within a few days, finished the remainer of the work, cleaned up the debris and mailed me a bill. I was very pleased with AIC and Blaine and would definitely recommed him for roofing work.

I was able to contact and have them provide quote within one week to replace roof.

The estimate manager seemed to know how to resolve my roof leak problem. Estimate was detailed and fairly priced so I thought the job would be done correctly. Unfortunately this is where the good thing ended. I was not home when the job was done and upon return I could not believe my eyes. Very poor quality of work and the job performed did not match the estimate. After calling the Estimate manager several times and complaining about the work completed I finally got a call back and had to argue with the manager to get someone back to fix the job. I was given a number of a project manager (supervisor) to set up date and time of next visit. The company failed to come back for several weeks even though they promised multiple dates. Once they did come back they did not know how to fix the issue correctly. Communication was very difficult as the roof repair man did not speak English and the Project Supervisor did not really know his stuff in proper roof repair. They came back several times at around sundown (after their work day) to try to fix the problem but it was nothing more than patch work. Their best solution was to use lots of caulk. Needless to say I am very disappointed and feel like a wasted $650. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The manager was prompt in his appointments, advised me against putting on the type of roof which I thought I wanted (metal), and gave me a one-time bid that was very fair and substantially lower than other companies who "jerked me around" with "bait-and-switch" deals. For the lower price, they also included the apex vents with the other company completely ignored and volunteered to do a small piece of metalwork on my garage entrance for free. This company was also licensed and trained by the shingle companies whose shingles they used, something I found that the other companies were not. They also used higher-quality shingles than the other other company that tried to charge me more for the job. The experience was overall a very good one from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would and did it in a fast, professional, and friendly way. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly use this company again.

I did get a response within 24 hours. However, they were unable to send anyone until after Christmas which was not acceptable to us becuase we at least needed to have it covered so additional damage did not occur. We were supposed to be leaving on vacation Dec 26th so after Christmas was not helpful. They offered to call me Jan 2nd. It ended up that our insurance comapany was bale to connect us with emercency service with Pro4mance Contracting who did an excellent job within 24 hours. They sent someone to set up equipment to dry the area of th inside of the house and to apply temporary cover to the roof to prevent further damage. We are waiting for a fianl assesment from the insurance company.

AIC did a super job. They came on time and worked late to finish their tasks. They communicated with me continually throughout the job.

They did a very good job. They address some of our concerns in a very timely manner.

Crew came on schedule. Started at 8pm and got done at dusk. Removed the old chimney cap, which was rotting around the roof line, replaced the outer surface, painted to match, replaced all the flashing, and replaced the top cap (which they fabricated in their own shop). Finished work looks great. Crew left me the unused paint (which matches the trim on my house) so I can use it for touch ups elsewhere on the property. Finally, they went over the entire roof and hammered in any pop-up nails they found (a service I had requested). And, as a bonus, we got the Angie's List discount! Hats off to Brian Schaible, AIC Residential Manager, for a great job in setting this up, and Oscar, who led the crew that did the work.

I had a minor roof leak that developed after a blowing rainstorm on June 4 and 5. I contacted AIC Roofing on June 7. I asked for a Wednesday appointment. They were unable to schedule an appointment for June 9 but scheduled for 10 a.m. on June 16. They were exactly on time. They found my problem ( a broken shingle) and repaired it immediately at no charge. I would happily have paid for the repair and intend to call AIC when my roof needs replacement in 5 years or so.

They were very professional. They were on time. They took the time to explain things to me.

AIC was professional, friendly and very knowledgable about roofing areas. While repairing the dead valley area, AIC found additional damage but held to their estimate, fixed the added problem and didn't charge me any more. AIC assured me that with these changes that my roof should be good for 20+ years. I am usually conservative in my praise, but AIC was great.
