Description of Work: I called David, he immediately answered, was cordial and informative on the phone. He showed up on time, did a thorough home inspection, explained everything I asked, was patient with my dogs. He prepared a written assessment which I had promptly delivered in my email within 48hrs. David was also gracious to help me out with payment and for that I am appreciative. If I had any other work that he could do, I would hire him immediatly.

He did a very thorough job and provided us with the needed appraisal information we needed to appropriately price our property.
