Extremely dissatisfied. Company will not return phone calls or return furniture they damaged and were supposed to repair. During the job on July 10, 2012, I told all three movers to not load heavy boxes on the dining room table, that the weight would be too heavy. I pointed out to them that they were stacking boxes of heavy books on the table and told them to move the boxes off, perhaps under the table instead. While one mover began shifting boxes off the table, the other two continued putting more boxes on, despite my objections. Tommy said, "We know how to keep the weight even so there are no stress points." Then I heard a loud cracking sound, asked "What was that?" Tommy pointed to an appliance cord on the ground, saying it must have fallen. I pointed out that the stack on the table appeared to be tilting. They had refused to follow my instructions and broken my grandmother's dining room table by overloading it. Tommy apologized and said he would take the broken parts to his shop, repair them, and return them the next Saturday (four days). Also, a gouge was taken out of the dining room table top, and a dining room chair back was broken, both of which the movers said they did not break. I saw how the chair was handled in the truck, by Tommy, and believe it was broken and the table was gouged when he was trying to shake it loose from other items. I did not argue this point with them. It broke my heart to see my grandmother's furniture severely damaged, but what was done, was done, and I just wanted the furniture repaired. Beginning two weeks after the move, I've made numerous phone calls to check the status of the repairs. I've called both Aaron and Tommy, both of whom repeatedly promised to repair furniture and return it within days, with no results. At this point neither one will return my voicemail messages. I've also made calls to both numbers that were connected but no one would acknowledge being on the phone. It's now been almost two months (July 10, 2012 through Sept. 2, 2012). I have been more than patient with this company, but they have not followed through on repeatedly delayed promises, and they are now totally nonresponsive. I expect my grandmother's furniture returned to me, properly repaired, immediately. I will update this review if and when resolution is made. In the meantime, I have contacted the police department, will take them to small claims court if necessary, and file complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is the only negative review I have made on Angie's List. I am sharing my experience so potential customers can be warned.
