+ -1 moreWalt arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough inspection of the property. The home is approximately 1700 square feet and all brick. From start to finish, the inspection took around 4 hours. Walt inspected all aspects of the home and pointed out any trouble spots to us and our Realtor. The inspection was very comprehensive--he even crawled up on the roof, something that is not required anymore in the state of Kentucky. Toward the end of the inspection, our pest inspector showed up and Walt worked with him on that as well. Later that evening, Walt emailed the inspection report to us and was available to answer any questions or concerns about the property and the report.
Description of Work: We used A Closer Look for a home we were looking to purchase. Walt did an inspection of that property and provided an inspection report detailing any issues that were found.
