Description of Work: Bill Thompson called, and made appointment for 10AM 3-9-15. Did not show up did not call. Tried to call his business #. No answer. Tried twice. Called Angie's to file complaint. Today 3-10-15 Thompson called around 3:30 pm, wanted to reschedule. Told him no way. Reminded him he failed to keep our appointment and didn't call. Kept us hanging all day. Did not want to deal with him. Want a refund. Will call another company to to the work.
