He is very good and if he tells you he is going to be here at a certain time, he is. I like him because of his promptness, his professionalism and his knowledge of plumbing.

Communication was EXCELLENT. David Higdon is very professional and took his time listening to me during our initial conversation; making sure he had all the details. His workers showed up at the property precisely at time scheduled. They, too, were excellent communicators and did their work promptly and thoroughly. The repairs appear to be in fine working order and the replacement parts are of good quality. Though $400 is a lot to spend unexpectedly, I do think it was a very fair price for the materials and labor involved (as well as the quality of the work performed). I would recommend Dand R to anyone and would also use them again without hesitation.

He came when he said he would, he looked at the problem and told me what it was, told me how much parts and labor would be, fixed it on the spot.

The plumbmer was very customer oriented and pleasant conversationalist. When he could not trouble shoot the problem, he called Moen Company and stayed on the phone with them to attempt to solve the problem. When the problem could not be solve, he had Moen send me a new replacement faucet. Water was leaking around so he recaulked the bowl. he was hear 2 hours. Labor cost was $130. and supllies were $63.68. I will use Dand R services in the future.

I called yesterday afternoon late. He said he would be here at 9:00 today. He was very prompt, made repairs, which included reworking 2 faucets--not just a washer to correct the problem. The commode had to have new guts. This price included all parts and labor.
