I made a call to Mr. Mudd he returned my call keep in mind sometimes these service techs are out in the field working so the wait time may vary. Anyhow he came out just as he said very prompt looked at my unit figured it out in minutes made the repair I asked him to service it he did and the cost to me was very fair I'm very happy with the service. I will use him every time and tell my friends.

Done a great job and was fast. Very polite and professional.

The price I paid on the heating and air was a great price compared to other companies and he offered a 2 year warranty versus a 1 year. He wants to make sure the units go through all of the seasons. Brian is always responsive and willing to help. I gave him a "good" on the responsiveness only because he does such great work that he is a very busy man. Recently, I had a natural gas leak under my home. Brian and his crew assessed the situation and recommended replacing the lines and I agreed. We actually received another estimate to give someone else a chance but their estimate was $4,500 more than Brian's estimate! My review on them is coming next. I would recommend Brian Mudd and Mudd's Heating and Cooling, LLC to anyone that has any issues with heating, air conditioning and gas lines. They are true professionals who are always willing to get the job done.

He put the vents exactly where I wanted them. They were not where I wanted them. I told him where I wanted them and he moved them and the duct work. He gets all A's. I would absolutely use him again. He stands behind his work. He is awesome.
