Ryan, the service technician, phoned the evening before to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time, introduced himself and immediately completed the job. Ryan was a pleasant and polite young man and made sure to tell me to phone if I had additional concerns or problems. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Description of Work: We were never informed of unexpected delays. The technician never followed up with a call to keep us informed. We had to call several times to the office to get information on the status of our order. After a couple of major delays the technician finally arrived. While here he was very professional and did a thorough job. The price was very good for the services. I hope they can get a better grasp of informing the customer. We were very flexible and would have understood if we were kept informed of the situation.

They spray the inside and the outside of the house. They would come out if I have any special requests. They have looked at molds for me which was in my yard. They are on time and they are pretty thorough. If I use another company I would pay $100 but with them I pay $30 but it is a balance of cost and money.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE'VE USED THEM FOR THREE YEARS IN A ROW AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND HONEST. THEY'RE NOT SMART ALEC TO YOU AND THEY DON'T TRY TO MAKE YOU SOUND LIKE AN IDIOT.

THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE TERMITE PROBLEM. THE ONLY INTERACTION I HAVE WITH THEM IS THEY KNOCK ON MY DOOR AND HAND ME A BILL AND SAY THANKS, BUT THEY ARE COURTEOUS.
