+ -1 moreTodd was able to come on the same day I called. He added my service call to the end of his long day and arrived after 6:00pm. He found the problem, showed me the damaged part and replaced it with one he had on his truck. Quick, efficient, no BS and very reasonable. The fridge and freezer were back up and running in 30 mins, and we had ice in the icemaker within the hour! Highly recommend this family owned and operated business.

Description of Work: I called for an appointment, at 3:40 in the afternoon. I received an appointment for two business days after my call. Kathy called me before they were to arrive, I missed the call due to being outside with a dog. When I realized that I missed the call, I called her back quickly. Kathy contacted Todd and then called me back afterwards, to say that Todd would be able to still fit me in. Once Todd arrived I encountered a repairman who was not only quick and efficient at fixing the appliance, but who also explained to me ( a woman) what was wrong with the refrigerator. He also makes you feel comfortable having him in your home to fix an appliance, at a time in our society (sadly) where we never know who we are letting into our homes and what type of repair we might get. I will call again other appliance repairs and I have no problem referring them. Thanks Todd!
