+ 0 moreI called another local plumber first and just received an answering machine and did not get a return call. I called Bobby Hyatt after waiting 30 minutes and someone answered the phone. She let me know the service men where out on another call and that someone would call me back shortly. I got a call within 20 minutes to let me know roughly when the repair guys would be here. I also got a call letting me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they promptly figured out the problem and replaced the thermostats. It took them about 20 minutes. The total cost was $120. It was an $85 service fee and $35 for the parts. I will use them again when needed.
Description of Work: They looked at my hot water heater and determined that it needed new thermostats.

+ -1 moreWe had a couple bumps in the rental house but it was an older farm house but Bobby got the problem worked out.
Description of Work: Bobby has installed 2 heat pumps for us, one in our house and one in a rental house. We really like Bobby, when we call about problems, he or one of his men are there within 12 hours. I think he's a little more expensive than some but I guess you get what you pay for, if you want dependability, go with Bobby for Heat and AC.

+ -1 moreMr. Hyatt came in with a frown on his face. He just left me with the impression that he wished I had called someone else.
Description of Work: I had them come out to fix our toilet that was leaking. The grade of F in professionalism was given because the person doing the repair left me with the impression that he wished I had called someone else. Yes, the job was simple and one I could have done myself but if I ask for service at least provide that service with a smile.
