+ -1 moreGreat very professional the technician explained and showed me everything that need to be done. Would recommend to anyone that has heat or air issues or need a system replaced. Had another company out that tried to sale me a new system that wasn't needed. I very much appreciate the honesty from Countryside.

Description of Work: Installed heating and cooling system in new house. Several years later another contractor discovered air ducts were never hooked up. Called owner, Dexter Chappel, and he promised to repair system.

+ -1 moreLike Countryside quite a bit. They do good work, but we pay for twice yearly cleaning and check-up and upgraded service and we always have to call them to get the service scheduled. I think for what we pay them, they should be more proactive.

+ -1 moreMy air conditioning upstairs was not working well. Called Countryside and with a day or so, they were there to fix it. Coil had to be ordered and it was done in a reasonable amount of time; less then a week. Service was excellent.
Description of Work: Replaced my coil and leaking pan in upstairs unit. What I like about Dexter Chappel is that I didn't think that a brand new unit was being pushed on me. He fixed what he could. The unit itself is pretty old and that will be an eventual but not now. I appreciated his honesty.
