His pricing was very reasonable and was very willing to work with us about keeping as many chemicals out of our yard as possible. He wasn't pushy or aggressive about adding things to our treatment plan. He is just a nice guy. He comes in, gets his work done, and gets gone.

We've never had a problem with their quality. We've never had to call them. They are unscheduled. They just come. They set up a schedule and come in the spring and the fall and leave a ticket in an envelope on your door. In terms of responsiveness when we've had questions and they're out there doing something. Typically the owner comes to do the work, but if the techs are there, they get a message to the owner and he gets right back to us. 99% of the time, though, we see the owner. They do well and do what you want them to do. We don't want to use a lot of chemicals because of our animals and kids, so they're really amenable to setting up a treatment plant that is congruent to what you want or don't want in your yard. I don't want a bunch of chemicals running down into the creek. He's really good about telling us what options we have. For instance, if we don't want the violets in our yard, he tells us what the options are to get rid of them today or it may take years, if ever. He's open to having a discussion about what you prefer. I've fired everybody else because of that.

The cost is determined by the size of your lawn and what you want to have done.  The first treatment did take care of the bigger weeds, but he's coming back to do 3 more treatments to take care of the crabgrass and to fertilize.  He  was treating another lawn in our subdivision, so I spoke with him about doing our lawn and he got us set up right away.  He is friendly and easy to work with.
