Everything went good.

The service went well. They quickly came out after the service call was placed on the same day. Perry fixed the AC unit and narrowed down the issue. We are new to the area and haven't had the time to figure out a good network of providers. My wife and I were impressed by their prompt and quick scheduling along with the technician telling us about the issue and fixing it. We are now in the process of getting them to install a HVAC unit. I would definitely use them from here on out for all of my HVAC needs.

Gave seller a choice of 3 levels of cleaning, he opted for the middle range. My buyer client was very happy with the results. Have used for 2 other inspections, cost $100-200, and my buyer clients were happy with the results.

They are fairly good folks to work with, responsive and they are basically family owned so they really take a lot of pride in the work they do. They are excellent in their service. They are punctual and professional. I would use them again.

We decided not to go with the system right now just because of budgeting reasons.They did a nice job on the estimate. I was surprised that they didn't follow up and see what our intentions were. I think that responsiveness was the problem. I was still looking at the time I felt the price was may be a little bit on the high end. I have couple other referrals that I am going to follow through. I liked the gentleman that owns the business. I think he communicated well. He was pretty straightforward about what was going on here and it was just the follow up. I would have been interested to talk little more about what other options there might be available to us.

The service worked out well. I was pleased that it worked to my advantage financially. They diagnosed it right when the other person diagnosed it wrong.

They are prompt. They answered all your questions. I will continue using them.

Very efficient, professional and attentive. Explained the process well and then made sure to educate is on proper usage and care of the system.

They were here at 8 o’clock in the morning until about 6 p.m. They had a 3 man crew and it was wonderful. I’ve known that family since before the guy was born and I’ve always used them to come out and work on my heating or air conditioner. The crew they sent out was just 2 young men and they were wonderful. They worked steadily through the whole day. I had to call them back this morning because it was making a sound. They came out within a couple of hours after I called this morning to correct the problem. They were wonderful. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

They were hand down just excellent out of anybody else we have ever talked to because we were having a lot of problems for the past 2 winters with the heat pump and our furnace. These people came in and they told us everything that was wrong and we had to replace both the pump and furnace. But they gave us a reasonably good deal and good customer service which was the best thing. We had a problem, not regarding the furnace, we had a flood in our basement and they came back to check on everything. They had excellent customer service. I would recommend them hands down. I think they came out for free because they had recently replaced installed the heat pump and the furnace.

Never heard back from them with the estimate. Called them after two weeks and office staff said they would be getting in touch with us soon but we still have not heard from them.

We were smelling a mild gas smell and the furnace was not always keeping the house warm. We told by another Furnace-A/C business that our 12 year old furnace had to be replaced. We called Thompson Heating and Cooling for an estimate to replace the furnace. The owner, Kevin Thompson, came to our home to give us a quote. He asked me to describe the problems that we were having and he tested the fumes coming out of the furnace to see if there were dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. He found that the carbon monoxide levels were normal, and considering the age of the furnace, saw no reason to replace it. He suggested that we need a thorough cleaning. We had a couple of follow-up appointments to have the furnace cleaned and replace the thermostat. The furnace is now functioning very well, keeping the house warm and no more gas smells. Thompson Heating and Cooling saved us the cost of replacing the entire furnace! We will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs and recomend them to everyone.

They could have at least let me know if they were really busy or what may cause the delay, but they just wouldn’t return the calls. I had tried the service technician, the company, and even the owner. I’m not sure what the problem was. The newest guy I have servicing the units has realized that the person who was servicing them before wasn’t doing the work completely right and I had some build up. They did agree not to charge me for the next two or three services after the new technician did reach out to the owner. They did compensate me for them not doing the job completely. I just wish they would communicate better.

The service was excellent. They were very professional and everything went very well. The representative was prompt and knowledgable in his field.

He did a thorough evaluation to determine what was wrong. He was excellent. He cleaned up after himself. He did a total repair and made sure all systems were go. He came promptly. This is a company well worth looking into. We have no problem recommending this company.

They were a good company, and the work went fine. They did what they said they were going to do, and they came in and took care of it. When they left, I wouldn’t even know that they were here except for a brand new working system in place.

Kevin came out, listened to the requirements of my application, and then suggested the correct solution for my needs. I had done my homework on what type and size of system that I would require, and Kevin was the only contractor that suggested what I had determined during my research. Other contractors suggested the same setup (but for 25% more), and one even proposed installing a smaller unit (again, 25% more than the bigger unit I purchased from Thompsons).His team was on time for the installation and was very professional. They cleaned up the area before leaving, and provided me with hands on education as to how operate the system.I will definitely use Thompsons in the future.

The company came late both times and had to come back and redo the service. When they came back they were three hours late. Then, what they said they were going to do the first time they were unable to complete what they charged me for the first time. Then they had to come back again yet another day.

Thompson sent someone within a day or two of my call. I told them this was NOT an emergency, so didn't expect someone the same day. He came out and looked over the entire system - condenser, furnace, duct work, etc. He gave me general impressions - as I requested and made several suggestions. He changed the filter, cleaned the condenser, and recharged the coolant gas. I signed and paid for a service contract that includes this same service again in the fall for the furnace. In addition he talked to me about an overall energy use evaluation and made a few suggestions regarding energy efficiency. He answered all of my questions. The visit was prompt. The technician was informed, neat, and thorough. I was very pleased with the service.

The technician was very professional. He took care not to track any dirt into my house. He kept me informed about what he was doing, checked both the heat and AC, changed the filter, and cleaned the outside unit. He completed the work promptly.

The service was good and so were the products. They are really easy to work with, they are very timely, and they cleaned up once they were done. I haven’t had any problems since.

He was nice. He was good. He was in the running for my job, but I did not give him my business. There was noting specifically wrong with him. It was fast and he was responsive.

They've been great. The first trip out they didn't even charge me because they couldn't find anything wrong.
