+ 13 moreBetter than expected. I like how Steve uses common sense advice to recommend and/or educate me about ideas that I have. He isn't just a builder or remodeler that is going to do it because he's getting paid. He wants to do the best job possible and with over 25 years of experience, he has alot of good advice for how best to do things. He provides quality craftsmanship either by performing the work himself or overseeing his sub-contractors very closely.
Description of Work: I have had Mr. Dean remodel my home several times. In 1999 he did a complete remodel of my two story home (ranch style with finished basement). In 2007 he designed and built a three car garage with a lift that beautifully matches the home. In 2007 and 2008 he built a gorgeous sun room on the backside of my lakefront home. In 2008 I had water damage from a washing machine upstairs. It caused thousands of dollars of damage and he was prompt in repairing the work to better than before condition.
