I had air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. They were very good at what they did, answered questions, very polite. In addition to the excellent service, I had a little non-related emergency come up at my house while they were there, and they jumped right in and helped me with that as well. I highly recommend using this company.

They are very hard and conscientious workers. Took them much longer than they thought due to our Vents being extremely clogged. They stayed and did what they had to do until it was done. I got a call immediately, with a quote ranging from 69.00 - 89.00. He was able to come the next day, which was great. The not great part is that he brought his small daughter to help move furniture, we did not allow that to happen. They are great people and the carpet is clean, but I thought his price was high considering we moved the couches and tables ourselves.

Very personable and professional. Emphasized that if I was not satisfied to call and he would return to go over problem area again. The area of concern was a high traffic area in front of the couch. My husband and I feel that the area will not require that return visit. Have recommended this company to a couple of my co-workers. Will use this service again.

I have hired the national carpet cleaning chains for years only to have the stains return in short time. I even thought there was a carpet issue and made a manufaturer warranty claim. Their tech was able to get the stain out. This is why I took a different approach and hired Reisch Enterprises. At this point, the carpets are cleasn and it looks like stains are gone. That was my only request to Mr. Reisch and his team did a professional job. Also has prompt response times to questions and changes if necessary.
