THE CO. TRUCK IS AN OLD AMBULANCE.

I will admit that i was a little surprised to see these two young men arrive in an ambulance packed full of duct cleaning equipment. Little did I know how appropriate that truly was. Let me start with the initial call for a quote where I spoke to a man named Sean. I was happy to talk to him only hours after being on the HomeAdvisor website. Sean asked me a few simple questions to get an idea of what I had and what I was looking for, the call only took about 5 minutes or so and he was able to give me a realistic quote. The very next morning they were outside my door ready to get to work. I was pleased at how friendly and professional they were and could tell that they honestly wanted me to be informed and at ease with the process. The best part was after the walk through my final price was actually cheaper than the quote! They spent quite some time making sure that every area of my ducts had a fine tooth gone over it and took lots of pictures to make sure nothing had been missed as they worked their way from one area to another. By the time the job was done I felt more like I'd had a buddy over to do work rather than someone I had never met and the amount debris pulled from my vents and returns was unbelievable. Which brings me back to my first statement because they truly resuscitated my severely ill air system as its been about a week now and I can actually feel the difference in the air quality in my home.

These young men were great! They showed up at the appointed time & the service was excellent. They were very courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. They went out of their way to help move some things so they could look in the attic at the vents up there. I would highly recommend this company.

One of my former tenants stained the carpet in one of my units very badly. I was sure the carpet would have to be replaced. I was absolutly amazed when all but one servere stain came out, and it is barely noticeable. The rest looks as good as new! I will use them again! Thanks!!!
