I had never used a chemical clean before and was very pleased. No soggy carpet.

The job was done well. The one thing we did not appreciate was the giving of our phone number to his network of business people. We had to field many unwanted calls from the people who got our number.

Pad cleaning did a good job of bringing up matted areas.

He came an hour after the appointed time. Fixed the problem. I thought the price was a little steep. I did get a bid on carpet cleaning, the price was reasonable. That job has not been completed yet. I would recommend them and hire them again.

Scott did a superb job with spot removal in a couple of my bedrooms. He was very accommodating to my schedule by coming on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and quick. I plan on hiring him again in the future !!

They did excellent work and worked with my schedule. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. I needed pet odors removed as well as general heavy traffic grunge. Carpet is now completely clean and no more pet odors. Had a pleasant citrus fragrance for awhile after. I felt the charges were reasonable too and the technician was very pleasant, competent and and gave me the impression of being trustworthy. No complaints at all.
