We purchased a house that was built in 1939 and the plumbing had not been updated since then. Josh came in before we purchased the home and gave us a quote on essential repairs before we purchased the home. He returned after the home was purchased and completed all the repairs as quoted, no surprises, no additions. He was on time, professional, and cleaned up after himself.
I called him again a few months later when I had a dishwasher installed and it was backing up into the sink. He told me he could not get to it for a few days because he was so busy, but he diagnosed the problem and suggested a local plumber whom he trusted would do the work at a reasonable rate. He was right.
I will always go to New Century Plumbing first for my plumbing issues. They are so good that they are very busy and hard to get a hold of for same day issues, but if you have any remodeling or issues that can wait, call New Century first.

Valved started leaking and we had to turn off the water at the house intake. Josh, the owner of New Century Plumbing, came out within an hour of my call, making space in his busy day. The broken valve wasn't standard, and he had to go out and get a new one. I then asked him to fix a toilet that had recently been installed and was wobbling. He replaced a missing cap, and replaced some incorrect screws. He fixed the toilet so that it did not wobble any more, and caulked it around the bottom. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
