Chim in ney Cricket Chimney Sweeps

We were having a wood stove inserted and we called them to inspect the chimney. They said they would come and do a quick cleaning on it. They fired the guy who came out while he was on the job. He was in my house and had his tools all over the place; he was halfway through the job. A woman called him up and fired him right in front of me. The woman on the phone was totally unprofessional; she was literally calling him names while I was standing there. I was mortified. He finished and cleaned up. He could have left my house in shambles. Then I realized they were 20 miles from us. She charged me extra for gas. She quoted $100 to have the chimney cleaned and the bill was for $220. She never sent my money back either. I would not recommend then to anyone.
