Everything is set up through the landlord so we don't pay them directly. We are not really a big fan of them. There have been a few times we had to call them because they either forgot to pick our trash up or they claimed that the trash is too heavy to be picked up. There was one day last summer where we had put the trash out and then they didn’t pick it up and they tried to blame it on my neighbor saying that his bike was blocking it which wasn’t the case because there are two parallel parking spaces and all they had to do was walk and get the trash. Then they put stickers on the trash cans wanting us to put it in the same spot. We didn’t know where and we were setting it in the place and following the lease and then they were refusing to pick up the trash and somebody called in and complained about it. Other than those two incidents they have been fine. We normally find the trash can right side up or sometimes it will be lying on a side off to where it won’t get damaged. Back when they were claiming the trash was too heavy they said they were going to get a truck back before the end of the day and the truck never came. I had to call back the next day and they came at 1 pm that afternoon.
