We are extremely pleased with the work done on our bath tub but Tub and Tile Renew. Marlene, the proprietor, was extremely customer focused and flexible to work around our needs to move the date for the work done a couple of times. She did a first rate quality job, cleaned up the work area perfectly and completed the work on time at a very reasonable charge. She was personable and very easy to work with. Marlene came to our home and surveyed the work to be done. It was a little out of the ordinary because of the size and shape of the bathtub but she stuck to her original estimate and got the work done perfectly. We are completely satisfied with the experience of working with Tub and Tile Renew and would recommend this vendor without hesitation to anyone who wants a high quality job done on a bathtub or tile refinishing at a very competitive rate.

Marlene was wonderful! I called over the winter holidays, she responded the next day. We scheduled her earliest appointment considering I called Dec 27 and she completed the work on January 3, I was already impressed. Marlene arrived on time, went straight to work and literally did not stop until the job was complete. She left the bathroom cleaner than she found it and there was no evidence, except for the beautiful bathtub, that she had been there! She followed up to ensure I was satisfied and reviewed cleaning and care of our new tub. She even offered some suggestions for methods to address a dripping faucet and the slow drain. The cost included stripping and re-glazing (369) with an up-charge (50) for a textured floor (no bathmats allowed or necessary)!

Marlene was great to work with and I would highly recommend her! Our bathroom was tight and access to the tub near the sink was tricky but she did a great job. She was able to schedule the job quickly and was easy to communicate with during the whole process.

Showed up on time and did what she said she would do. Very nice trust worthy person. The tub turned out great I believe it's $375 for refinish but I had her texture the bottom for a little bit more. The tub still looks great, and very happy with her work.

It was terrific. Marlene was wonderful during the entire process. Arrived right on time, advised us of the process, and completed right on time. She gave us great recommendations on doing another. She was just an extremely pleasant person to deal with. Would recommend her business to anyone.

Marlene was great. We had her resurface a bathtub at our rental property. She arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. What appeared to be a routine strip & resurface ended up being a very difficult one. The former owner had previously resurfaced the tub and that finish was very difficult to get off. Marlene worked 10 hours the first day to strip the tub. She kept me informed periodically throughout the day. She returned the early the next morning and finished the job. She applied an American Standard white glaze with a skid resistant bottom that looks absolutely beautiful! It looks like a brand new bathtub! She also gave us directions on the receipt on how to care for the new finish so we could relay that to a new tenant. I also discussed with her resurfacing the shower stall pan in the same house which I plan to have her do in the future. I can't say enough good about Marlene & her work. She is a super person & I feel like she went above & beyond. She did not revise her quoted price even though it became a much more time consuming & difficult job. She is one of the great people I have met through Angie's List.
