PRECISION-AIR HEATING & AC

The workmanship, quick turn around and fair price for my newly installed Furnace and Air Conditioner was exceptional with PRECISION-AIR HEATING & AC. The price was exactly what was quoted, the install was great and the removal of my old boiler was all top notch and very professional! I work in Customer Service and when it is really good and done right it shows, my experience with PRECISION-AIR HEATING & AC was over and above what I expected. Highly recommended!

Excellent! The owners took the time to go over all my options and didn't pressure me into upgrading. They ensured I got the correct size furnace and air when other contractors sized up. The installation process happened quickly and efficiently which was appreciated because I had no heat with 20 degree temperatures outside. I would highly recommend this family owned business. They were great. The estimate happened to be the lowest and the way they explained what was needed made sense. Professional. Timely. Courteous & so far the work seems like it was exactly what was needed.

I was a bit confused when they returned my phone call because they say they had recently changed the name away from Precision-Air and Heating. But the repairmen were professional, responsive and fixed the unit. The unit is now working with no troubles.

Bruce is wonderful to work with. He is prompt, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very trustworthy and explains all necessary repairs in detail. I will definitely use Precision Air for future services.

This is the first time I've used Precision-Air and I have to say I was very pleased by both the professionalism of the service as well as the cost. My A/C was working but not cooling. A capacitor needed to be replaced and, in addition, Mr. Krahl re-insulated the pipes leading to the house. The total cost for both parts and labor was $180. which I feel is more than reasonable. Best of all, he wasn't pushing the typical contract that so many Heating/Cooling companies do these days. He also mentioned that a yearly furnace check-up is only $99 and they will also check your central A/C unit as well for no additional cost. I will definitely be using Precision-Air Heating & AC in the future.

Bruce, the owner, told me to check the batteries in the thermostat first in case that was the issue. When it wasn't, he was at the house within a couple of hours and got the problem resolved quickly. This is my second use of this company (the first for an A/C issue). Both times I've been very satisfied, am told what the issue is, am comfortable having him in my home and have been very happy with the service and price. I would definitely use this company again.

He was running just a few minutes late. But immediately began the service after asking a few questions about the equipment. our equipment is 15 years old . everything was in good shape. we elected to upgrade our thermostat at our request. took a reasonable amount of time. very pleased will use again next year. very professional, but friendly also.

BRUCE IS THE SOLE PROPRIETOR OF HIS BUSINESS AND KNOWS HIS TRADE INSIDE OUT. HE GAVE US A REALLY GOOD DEAL ON THE COMBINATION HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING REPLACEMENT, SINCE IT WAS LATE WINTER AND BUSINESS HAD SLOWED DOWN. HE UPGRADED THE UNIT FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE, AND INCLUDED A ONE-YEAR INSPECTION FREE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EQUIPMENT, THE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND THE NEAT WORK THAT THEY DID. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN.
