Great very happy

They did a great job. They trimmed back all the plant material around the edge of the pool deck. It was no simple job and it looked great when they were done. They pressured cleaned the concrete before they did the work. They epoxy repaired the numerous cracks some major. One spot the concrete lifted and they sanded it done to make it look good without the expense of repacking the section. Then they add the resurface with the color of my choice. It turned out great. They opened the pool and even vacuumed the pool. Tim discovered a problem with my DE filter and replaced the torn laterals within a day and had my pool up and running. He also included painting the coping around the pool that was faded. He had great attention to detail making sure no white paint got on the pol deck. He did a final check and will be back to help with a concrete fix and paint touch up. I couldn’t be happier.

Tim closed our pool for the winter last fall and his service was stellar so I called him back to open it. As expected he was punctual, experienced, and did a great job making sure everything was working well and clean. Thank you and your team for the great service! See you in the fall!

WOW not sure where to begin. It was a nightmare working working with Tim Perkins @ Perkins Pool. Just beware he comes on like he know what he is doing. Made a mess out of our pool and when we started questioning him he was talking disrespectful say the F bomb and dude. Very un professional and now we will have to pay someone else to come and clean up the mess he left behind. Horrible Company DO NOT USE.

These men worked through all kinds of weather in the late winter and met their agreed-upon completion date. They re-seeded and leveled the lawn which never looked so good. Overall, Tim Perkins and his crew will do what they say they can do. I trust that future customers will be as completely satisfied as we are.

Everything went great! He was on time, also he went over everything in detail. The liner was put in with in a timely manner. I would recommend Perkins Pools because they do a great job.

I called Perkins Pools (Tim) to fix a hot tub. I told him it was leaking and it wasn’t going above 98°. He said he would come and take a look at it. Fixed small leak (by tightening a seal). Detected another leak and said he would have to come back and finish at another day and charge more for coming out a 2nd time plus labor and parts once he was able to break the pump apart. He could not figure out the problem with the heating. Come to find out he knows nothing about spas so he called another pool guy (Accurate Pools and Spas--a sticker he found on my hot tub from a previous service) to come and take a look and diagnose the problem without my knowledge. Perkins Pools told Accurate Pools and Spas he had my credit card number information and it would be easy money as he would charge my account and pay him under the table. Accurate Pools and Spas right away diagnosed it within 5 minutes saying it was my circuit board. Perkins Pools does not know how to fix this problem on a spa (little to no experience with hot tubs) so he was trying to get me to hire Accurate Pools and Spas to fix the other issue while I still pay his company for fixing the leak. (He said he was doing me a favor by calling in another company). Then he told me I owed the Service Charge for the other Pool Guy that HE called in on HIS job. Now my hot tub does not have any heat to it at all. I think Perkins Pool fried the curcuit board and tried to have Accurate Poools and Spa come to the rescue and hopefully fix his HUGE (and expensive) problem that he caused. He told me he would walk away and I didn’t have to pay him his service charge as long as I paid Accurate Pools and Spas their Service Fee. Seemed very odd. He said he didn’t need my money. I agreed to do so, and kicked him off my property. Then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to give him $25.00 gas money! He immediately charged my credit card without my permission to proceed after stating that I did not owe anything. Accurate Pools and Spas even told Perkins Pool that he did say I didn’t owe anything and he was a witness to it. I contacted my bank for Fraud. After 15 minutes sitting in my driveway he finally left. Accurate Pools and Spas was there the entire time and witnessed everything. I am thankful as I did not feel safe. My little kids were scared as well. Perkins Pools (Tim) had beer in his truck and offered one to Accurate Pools and Spas in which they denied of course. Perkins Pools is VERY shady. VERY rude. VERY disrespectful. VERY unprofessional. Accurate Pools and Spas are the ones to call if you need any repair work!! Accurate Pools and Spas called me this morning to apologize and couldn’t believe what Perkins Pools had done. USE Accurate Pools and Spas!! 513-688-1555.

Tim called me back immediately and talked me through a couple other potential causes of my pool leak, and how I could test and rule them out. He did not charge me, and was very professional.

Great! They bought the pump for me and installed it. A part was missing so they came back the next day (40 minute drive) to finish up. Very professional.

I hired Perkins Pools to do a cleaning. What in reality what I needed was a pool opening not a cleaning. Tim the owner contacted me after he saw the horrible state my pool was in and told me such. Tim and his employee did a great job. They were very professional and personable. They took my pool which look like a swamp and turned it back into a clean healthy pool. Tim advised me on how to keep my pool clean and healthy. I had a faulty pressure gauge, Tim went out of his way to check it and no extra cost to me. Unfortunately I needed to replace it, but I doubt I would have ever caught the bad gauge until it was to late. Tim and Perkins Pools LLC. has a customer for life. I called at least 12 different company's trying to get my pool cleaned and opened before I found Perkins Pools. All the other company's I called made me feel like I was beneath them for asking if they cleaned above ground pools. I would recommend Perkins Pools to anyone who has pool needs.

Tim Perkins is persistent and if there is a problem he will fix it. He repaired some work done by another company. He stands by his work, is professional and does an excellent job. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

He's rough around the edges but don't judge a book by his cover. Great work. Good business. Will call for regular maintainence and weather proofing and sealing. Preventative and regularly scheduled upkeep

Perkins Pool Company is reliable, efficient, and performs quality work. We had Tim remove our cover, clean, pressure/acid wash and the service was excellent! He actually came when he said he was going to. Then we rehired him for some concrete repair and the job was done beautifully as well. He was easy to contact and responded quickly. I will definitely be using Perkins Pool Company again. Thank you!

Perkins Pools does not come highly recommended. We contracted with them to open and clean our pool. We informed Tim that our pool was green, algae and all, he said it wasn’t a problem and we schedule him to come out 2 weeks later. Tim’s right hand showed up first, he was extremely knowledgably and friendly. He checked out our pool, walked through what they would probably do and then met Tim shortly after. The first person left after he ran through with Tim what was going on and that we needed a new piece for our pump as they opened it. They got a quote for the piece and labor and we agreed. They both left, one to go get the piece and one to go to another site. Tim arrived back with the piece and proceeded to replace it. As the pump was working, Tim was skimming and scrubbing but we happened to notice that Tim was putting chemicals in the pool that he was using the chemicals he brought and the shock that was in our shed- without asking. He dumped bottle after bottle of our shock (about $50 the first day). He then said he would return the next day to continue and finish the job. He arrived the next day and saw the progress of the pool, he confirmed it was doing better and continued to skim and scrub, and dump more of our shock in the pool (about another $30 worth), all while on the phone with someone that was taking him through the process and providing advice, the entire time. Finally, after about 4 hours, we decided it was enough and we needed to part ways. We paid him for the part the day before and on the second day, we paid him what we agreed upon when we contracted him. As he went to leave, he had an issue with what we paid him, in cash, the agreed upon amount. My husband proceeded to tell him that it was what we agreed upon and it was more than fair for him leaving and us still having a green pool. He left to go to his truck after mumbling hatefulness under his breath as he picked up his items and informed us that he ‘will make sure no other pool company works on our pool’. He then called my husband and informed him that we still owed him money for the chemicals. He said we we’re to split the cost of chemicals. I’m sorry but if you are contracted to complete a job, you 1. Bring your materials to complete the job and 2. Complete the job- in which he did neither. He continued to argue with my husband and tell him that we owed another $35… at this point, I wanted him off my property so we gave him another $30, we told him it was all the cash we had and he could leave. He informed us that he would follow us to the bank to retrieve more money. We told him that we weren’t going to do that and he needed to leave. He finally left the property. In all honestly, I was nervous to leave a review because he knows where we live and he was upset about $5, I can only imagine how he’ll be when he reads this review but others must be informed before they book him.

It looks really good. They did a great job, were timely and I really liked their service.
