Bob Corbin has cleaned windows for me (2 times each year) for many years now at my current home and my past home - maybe 10 years. At this home, he has also cleaned my decks and roof top (flat roof) yearly. I have many windows. I ran into a problem two years ago with the tiles on my roof top. They were bleeding black. He rolled on the material I received from the manufacturer of the tiles (a very messy job) and actually put two coats on to be sure of a correct job. He is always timely and reasonably priced and neat and clean and careful with my home and my belongings. Access to my 3 decks and roof top are only through my home. He even calls me now every spring to schedule so I don't have to remember. I highly recommend him for any home and/or business.
