Description of Work: They come out 5 times a year, and do all the fertilizing, weed spraying etc. We just have to mow and water. Much more reasonable than other services.

+ 0 moreWe were new owners of property. Lawn had lots of weeds and crabgrass. Neighbor suggested this company. After several treatments, still had lots of weeds. Called them back once. They came out at no charge. I had a different service tech each time, and I never knew when they were coming. Maybe I expected faster results than were reasonable.

+ -1 more.They came out for an estimate and did a very good job, I have a difficult yard to measure. When they came to treat my yard they called ahead as requested so I could get our dogs out and in for potty break. I decided to purchase their 5 treatment plan for $348. as a result of how they did the first time. Very courteous and respectful.
Description of Work: Treated lawn for weed control. I have since used Weed-Out to further treat my yard including seeding int the fall. My yard looks 100% better this year and am continuing with a svc pkg this year.

Description of Work: I use this company on a annual program for my lawn. I have not had any problems with them. I find they are the most reasonable company in my area for lawn care. They price by the size of your lot, and give a 10% discount if you pay the amount in full at the beginning of the year. They also provide insect care, aeration and seeding for additional charges.

+ -1 moreThey are very punctual and professional. I told the owner that before I renewed it, I wanted to do some changes and he called me right back and we talked about it on the phone. When they do come out there, they just do their business and leave you a little receipt to let you know that they were there and what they did. They are very thorough.
Description of Work: We have a yearly plan with Weed-out Lawn Spray to fertilize our lawn and put weed killer.

Description of Work: I have my lawn fertilized, sprayed for weeds, and treatments for grubs and insects. They even can see your bare patches if you want to pay for that service.
