Description of Work: Albert was the most professional and accommodating service person I have experienced. Even though he had to lug heavy equipment up 2 flights of stairs, he was friendly and upbeat. He answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in serving my needs. He called ahead to confirm our appointment and again when he was on his way. I had struggled with the economics of renting a machine myself and spending about $35...but it was well worth the price of having Heaven's Best do the job. I recommend them HIGHLY and will use them again if the occasion arises. Thank you Heaven's Best for REAL SERVICE, and not just "doing the job!"

+ -1 moreExcellent, fast work. We have light beige carpet that was very dingy, dirty, and matted down in traffic path. LOTS of spots and stains on stairs and especially in kids playroom. Carpet looks great - no spots and it was fluffed up again - no paths in high traffice area. Very resonably priced, I expected to pay more. Very flexible - I had to change dates and it was no problem, very easy to work with around schedules.

+ -1 moreThey are awesome. They are very trustworthy. I recommend them to everyone. They are on time and when they say they will be here they will be. They did 3 bedrooms, stairs, whole house for only $99. They do such a good job.
