 + -1 moreThis company did my new home construction. Hot and cold water was reversed in all the bathtubs and showers... Something we did not notice it until it came time to sell the home. When called their response was "Honey, your home warranty as long expired." Their legal requirement to pay for it may have expired but their original incompetence never expires. I'll be damned if I'm to pay them to come out and fix something they should have done right in the first place.

 + -1 moreI guess I already answered this in the above comments. Unless they have greatly improved, I would not have them out under any circumstances.
Description of Work: This company plumbed my new home before I purchased it. I had to have them back numerous times. First time they left a open hole in the pipe of the garbage disposal, and first time I ran water in that side of the sink, it ran out all over underneath. I still have a large plumbing noise in the kitchen sink because they cannot seem to fix it correctly. I know what is wrong with it....there is no vent. Never could get them to fix it....they looked everywhere except where I told them to. Couldnt fix the bath faucet either. Really, it needed a new one. I would never in my life have them to do anything on my plumbing.
