+ -1 moreThe first crew walk off the job within the first 45 minutes. The owner has an issue with being truthful and with ethics. If you consider hiring this company ask lots of questions and the get it in writing.Be specific like: do the people doing the work actually work for you, and have they ever done work for you before, do you guarantee your work. He will probably still not do what you agreed on. There are problems with our roof that we will probably have to take legal action to get them fixed. When I brought it up with the owner he said that it was normal (see pictures), when I had several other roofing contractors take a look at the roof they said that it was not normal and will need to be redone. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE . They also destroyed three of the gutters and finished the job in the dark so they would not have to come back the next day. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The ridge vent looks horrible. They did do a fairly nice job on the chimney. We bought a magnet and picked up several hundred nails in the yard.

+ -1 moreIt went great! They were able to quickly give me a quote and get started with work, as I was working with some time contraints. Definitely satisfied with all of the work they did for me.
Description of Work: They removed the existing roof and replaced with a new roof. Worked on some section of flat roof and replaced all gutter and downspouts. Rebuilt a sagging section of the rafters.

Description of Work: They replaced our roof, and put in new gutters and downspouts. These gentlemen really WORK at what they do. I will use them in the future (hopefully no hail storms) and I would recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: Schreiner Roofing did the church roof where I am the pastor. Their bid was good, and their work was wonderful. They truly were professional. I would go out and watch them work, because they had developed a system in which their work looked "artistic." They took 2 weeks (our roof is huge.) They had to battle very cold temperatures, snow, and rain. There was no disturbance to church activities (except the pounding of the nails.) They cleaned up really well and our roof looks beautiful. In 2 or 3 years, my home will need a new roof, and I will be calling Schreiner roofing to do the work

+ -1 moreThey cleaned up very well. They were professional. They were there when they were supposed to be. They were great. They went above and beyond expectations. The roof is beautiful. They were kind and prompt and very on the ball.
Description of Work: They re-roofed the house and the garage. They fixed the gutters and tore out the rotten parts of the wood. They also graded the yard and re-seeded it after it was torn up from a basement waterproofing company.

+ -1 moreOverall, I had a real good experience with them. They were here almost immediately, and they stayed until they got the whole job done. The owner came out, did a final inspection, and made them change a few things to make sure it was right. He made them clean the gutters out and made sure we cleaned up the yard. He went around with magnet more than once to make sure we got all the nails up off the ground. They cleaned up every night when they left and didn’t leave the house looking like a mess.
