 + -1 moreGreat. We had two estimates and they were very professional - measured and provided data and two options for selection of systems. They arrived on time for the estimate, and responded with email .pdf as well as follow-up phone calls. The old system had not been keeping up for several years and we wanted to have it replaced before summer, but hot weather came early. They were able to replace the downstairs unit on Monday, and have the A/C up and running by the time we came home from work! Tuesday, they replace the upstairs unit and the furnace was in an attic and I presume was more difficult. They were finishing by the time I came home at 5pm. I could barely tell they had been here. Cleaned up nicely. On Wednesday, they performed the air-duct cleaning and I believe has already helped with allergies and dust. They offered instruction on the programmable thermostats and reviewed the units with my husband and me. They also reminded us that they offer 100% satisfaction on the unit and service and gave examples of their guarantee. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors, and would hire them again. Thanks.
Description of Work: Remove two 26 year old Heating and A/C units. Install new Carrier High efficiency units up and downstairs.

 + -1 moreThe work was in a fixer-upper I purchased that had been vacant for over a year. Had to replace gas lines to get it up to code in order to have the gas turned on. They were on time, very professional and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the quality work and the amount of dust and dirt the air duct cleaning removed. The work passed inspection and the unit fired up and the heat was on! I will deffinately use them again if needed and I would reccomend them to anyone!
