He did a great job. House smells much better!

I was very impressed with the quick response to schedule an appointment to clean my carpet. The cost was a special offer by the company and no extra costs were added to the original price. Communication between the company and myself was excellent. I so appreciated the professionalism of the company provider and his punctuality on the day of service. I have never had my carpet look so good! The provider was honest about what the condition of the carpet and the effect the cleaning could have on trouble spots and he was very helpful in talking with us about possible carpet types we could consider for carpet replacement. I was very pleased and impressed with the service received from Monsterclean and have already recommended them to other family members and will recommend them to my friends!

The man who came to clean my carpets was very nice. He did a wonderful job. This carpet was very dirty and he pulle up everything.

Recieved a called about hour before appointment saying he was on his way, arriving 10 minutes before time. Having two young grandchildren and accidents or actions happen, we had nutella stains on few dining chairs that another company tried to get out and did not, they are gone now! he checked type of material on furniture and area rugs before cleaning. He used protectors when going around corners of room or around the legs of dining table, not had that before. I have not had a cleaning company work as long and h****** getting carpet and upholstry clean and stains out. he would stay longer because he was not satisfied with the way material was coming out. Dave would let us know if for some reason little spots of discoloration on furniture wold be there. It is the best cleaning service I have ever had! appreciate the time and effort Dave put into the job making our home look cleaner and smell cleaner! Thank you

Perfect. It was one of best Service experiences I've ever had. He went over my tile three times in the kitchen to get it clean. I would highly recommend this service provider. He arrived on time and finished when he said. Great experience.

My carpet is 16 years old and had never been professional cleaned before. Dave showed up at exactly the appointed time and introduced himself and asked to see what needed to be done. I showed him the worst problem spots and told him to do the best he could on my old carpet. He was very thorough and spent as much time on my floor as he needed to. When he finished he showed me all of the rooms that had been cleaned. I truly could not believe how good my carpet looked. If I didn't know better I would never have guessed the carpet was 16 years old. I would not even consider using anyone else to clean my carpet next time.

The services went very well. I was very pleased afterwards.

I have used them twice. They charged me $80 or $85 for the last service that they did for me. They do a very good job and they are very polite. They are a great company and I think that their price is very reasonable.

Dave was very personable and easy to work with. We were having the carpets cleaned in a house before we moved in from out of town. The staff was very flexible and made the process as easy as possible for us.

The owner showed early and started working, and as sometimes happens there was an equipment malfunction. He wasn't able to fix it, so he called for a replacement truck. He stayed until it showed and completed the work. Went out of his way to complete the job even though it took most of the afternoon.

I had hired Monsteclean previously to clean carpets and they did a great job. Decided to give them a try for some ceramic tile, grout and upholstery cleaning. Once again they knock it out of the park. The tile and grout looks better than it ever has and looks like it was just installed. I thought the couch and chair were beyond help but when they were finished they looked fantastic. Dave and his crew continue to impress me with their quality of work and professionalism. Keep up the great work guys and I will see you in the future.

Wonderful job! They made the tile in my kitchen look like new. I live in a very old home with original tile so you can imagine my surprise when suddenly it looked like new.

Monster clean was fantastic. They gave me a call when they were on their way, they were on my doorstep exactly ON TIME! Which if you don't know is a quality not found in all upholstery and carpet cleaners. The man outside my door was well kept, professional and knowledgeable. He introduced himself as Dave and I quickly introduced him to my dirty sofa! He got his equipment and explained every part of this process to me. From there I just played a couple games on my phone and before I knew it my sofa looked as good as new. This came as a shock to me because I was sure it was ruined. He then explained how long it needed to dry and was on his way. Quick, easy, prompt and professional. That was a great experience.

The provider was very personable and professional. We walked through the house and agreed on the areas covered in the $99-for-three-rooms special that I had prepaid. I asked for prices on other areas, and the quotes were fair and reasonable. In areas where we agreed that he only clean traffic lanes, he actually did more than just those lanes. He moved and replaced furniture carefully and used leg protectors. The carpets were left looking really clean and refreshed, and they dried quickly. The provider was even nice to my dog! I was very happy with the service and the results.

Great no problems fairly dry by the time they left

Carpet looked clean except three or four spots he could not get clean. The dog had vomited after eating orange dog food. We had cleaned the spots after discovering them early in the morning but they had dried and left a faint orange stain. He just said there are a few spots I can't get clean. We did not see any special effort to get these spots.

I asked for an afternoon appointment, and they arrived right on time at 5 PM; the crew worked diligently, taking care to protect the corners of the walls from their hoses dragging. Their work was professional and they worked extra hard to remove a couple of tough spots. They took time after they were done to walk me through the house, to be sure I was satisfied.

I received nothing but cooperation from the owner and he worked with our situation in the most kind and professional manner.
