They are wonderful. Anytime I called them they have gotten here just soon as they could get here and the last time I had called him he knew I was upset about everything that was going on with this other company and he couldn't get out to me at that time because he was stuck at another place, but he said I will be there first thing in the morning and he was. He was trying to calm me down because he knew I was so upset about everything. He said don't worry about anything, they can't tear up anything we can't fix. Anytime I have every needed him, he's always made himself available. The lady that answers his phone at the office is wonderful. She will even call back later to make sure everything is okay. They are really a great company. My water heater went out and it was beyond the warranty and he actually took the time to call the company to make sure that I would get the part replaced because it wasn't right for me to have to buy another part when it was under warranty. I bet you he called this company two or three times and they sent me a part because I called them once and they wouldn't do anything for me. I felt like that was going way beyond what he would have to do, but he did that. That was my first experience with him, but I will always go back to them, because they are really good people. I don't know of too many people that go out of their way to do that.
