+ -1 moreMy husband and I are buying our first home. We chose Amerispec because their website looked respectable, professional, and they were reasonably priced ($300 for over 2000 sq ft). Bill and his associate did not disappoint. They were prompt and suggested that we be there for the inspection. They took me around to each area that needed work and showed me what needed to be fixed. They used technical terms when showing me the electrical, but then explained what it all meant. That came in extremely handy when calling the electrician to get a quote. They gave me their opinion on the overall condition of the house and how the list of fixes should be prioritized. They emailed me their report, with pictures, later that same afternoon. I am completely satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Bill provided a complete home inspection of the house we are purchasing.
