Great! They were on time for our scheduled appointment and very kind and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and now my couch is smelling fresh and looking clean. I may not even need the slip cover I bought!!

I called Shirden's Carpet Cleaning on Saturday, and was able to get my carpets cleaned the following Tuesday! Mike arrived right on time. I showed him the areas to be cleaned, and he started pre treating stains immediately. He was here for about an hour and a half, cleaning the entire time. He left a couple pairs of booties, in case I needed to walk on the carpet. I am thoroughly impressed with the work he did.

I've used Shirden's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service for the past several years and wouldn't consider using another carpet cleaning company. They are professional yet friendly, scheduling is convenient and the quality is consistently excellent.

Amazing removal of doggie accidents. Carpet is twenty years old and beige this cleaning was nothing short of a miracle. I use Shirdens because I always get quick service and reasonable prices for a great job everytime.

Excellent company! Showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule, thoroughly pre treated carpet, especially areas I pointed out. After they cleaned the carpet they even left me shoe covers in case I had to walk on the carpet. They always do an excellent job and have the fairest prices in area. They never try to sell you anything you didn't ask for, and their cleaners are always friendly. As long as they are in business I am a customer.

They were great! They did such a good job that it worked as good as a dry cleaning carpet service. They know how much cleaning solution and water to remove stains. I have two dogs and they did a great job getting out stains. They even left behind a spot cleaning solution. It's family owned and you know who you are dealing with.

Very well-they had a convenient appointment for me. Were exactly on time. Cleaned my carpet-living room, stairs, hallway and two bedrooms. Had some stubborn pet stains that they were able to remove. They were efficient and considerate by wearing booties over their shoes. An overall good experience.

The customer service and followup were very good. The price was fair.

They are excellent! I have used this company for years to clean my carpets and upholstery and have always been completely satisfied. I call them every spring and fall and although I really was not due until May, my dog was sick last week and I really thought my carpets were ruined. They came and got it all out. They look new again.

I liked the way they put the little footies on their shoes before they came in and they put the protective coverings underneath the tables and other things so they would protect the carpet. Their price was good. I would probably consider using them in the future.
