They were prompt and courteous. Determined the origin of the water leak and the extent of the damage. They set up a containment area to protect the rest of the basement before using any chemicals or cutting the drywall. They removed and disposed of the involved carpet. The technician was professional and explained the process and made recommendations on best route to take.

This is an insurance claim - so the $amount is a estimate. They found the source of the water leak (refrigerator). Because of the way the house has settled it was not noticed quickly so the damage was more extensive. They had to tear out the damaged portion of the kitchen vinyl and some sub-flooring, bedroom carpeting (5' x 14'), and drywall 1 ft up from floor in both the kitchen and bedroom. All damaged items, kitchen cabinets, dresser, and torn out carpet.... were removed the 1st day. Air movers, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers were placed in both rooms and remained for 4 days. They were professional, informative, clean and all the good stuff one could recommended. Now I'm off to the next step.

Just before Christmas the holing tank of the water heater rusted out and covered almost all of the basement rug with water.This company restored everything -- rug, drywall, baseboard with no resultant mold damage and finished it i time for Christmas company.

They are very professional and prompt. They came out within an hour of calling them. They were able to get all of the smell out. They were kind to help out when it came to the bill, since insurance did not cover this. Joe and Heather are amazing.

They were great. Part of the time when I was having the work done I was at a retreat where we weren't allowed to use phones or have any contact, but they were actually able to manage one of my other contractors at the same time. They were incredibly responsive and really flexible. Since I was at a place where there was no technology they worked through two other people for me to make sure all of the contracts went through smoothly. They even took care of the faxing and stuff. They were really good. I think they were probably a little bit overpriced, but they were able to do it on very quick timing. I was kind of in a pinch where I thought I didn't have to do the test, but when I was trying to sell my house the real estate company told me that I needed to do it. They were able to do it really quickly and get me on his calender and everything.

This process took time but the results were great and made me comfortable knowing that the work done protected me.

Company contacted me after referral from insurance company to set up appointment for initial damage assessment with same day removal of all damages listed above. Positioned multiple fans, dehumidifier and purifier on first day and checked for moisture levels for next 3 days until readings were acceptable. Called each subsequent day approx. 1.5 - 2 hours before arrival and were very punctual. Had three separate people perform removal of damaged items and tests; each person introduced themselves upon arrival and showed their business card and all had a very professional appearance and attitude. Very efficient and thorough with the tasks they performed each day. Would highly recommend.

The toilet in our third floor bathroom had a slow leak that we were not aware of until we discovered water coming through the ceiling in our second floor bathroom. Our plumber (Schneller plumbing) helped us find the source of the leak through over the phone support then recommended PuroClean to dry out the affected areas. Joe and his crew came out and did a terrific job. They were very good about communicating everything they were doing and happy to answer any questions we had. They only removed things (ie. Toilet, baseboards, etc) when necessary and made sure we understood why they were doing it. While the pricing was more than we expected, the total cost of their services plus the cost of repairs afterward (about $500) was low enough that we could pay for the cost out of pocket rather than submit an insurance claim and deal with the hassles associated with that. That in itself was worth its weight in gold to us. If you can pay for the service with a check instead of a credit card, they will give you a 10% discount, so be sure to ask about it.

I was so happy with the work and price of the job. He did the job efficiently and gave me much information on what he was doing and why. I will be happy to give him work in the future if and when we need it.

On the second floor of my home, a toilet overflowed, causing damage to the second and first floors, as well as damage to the basement. I began looking for someone to help with the water damage, and decided to use Puroclean Property Rescue. I am very happy with my decision! Puroclean came to clean up after a fire. The initial response was good, they came out right away and got things cleaned up, sealed off and dried out. However the thorough clean that was supposed to happen to clean the smoke damage to our kitchen and part of the first floor was horrible. They did an awful job and did not even clean the soot off some of the walls, ceilings, etc. To make matters worse they took everything out of my cabinets and off the walls and didn't put anything back so the place looked trashed. There was still lots of soot. I called the manager and he apologized and asked if they could come back out to make it right, I told them they were not welcome back and I would do the clean up myself. It took me and a group of 5 to clean everything and put things away about 5 hours-not the 3-4 days that they were here "cleaning". Overall I was very dissatisfied with their service excpet for the initial visits where they dried everything out and got the smoke smell out.

Very quick to respond, assessed damage quickly communicated to us very well as to actions which needed to be taken.

They did a good job. I called a couple and they were the first ones that called me back. I don't know about the price because I don't know what it normally costs.

well since I screwed up the questions what they did was the following. There were to guys one to tell me what they were doing and the other to do it as he was explaining the process to me. Which was use a moisture meter on the walls,baseboard and carpet to determine how far the water went up and how saturated it was if it was really bad they would have to remove the drywall,carpet and baseboard. Thank god we saved everything with our quick thinking. Then they put 12 industrial air movers and 2 huge dehumidifiers in the basement and let them do their job for a few days. They came back rechecked the drywall and such to see if everything was drying properly and it was...so they removed all but 2 of the fans and the dehumidifiers. The process too about 3 weeks and they came back to put down an antimicrobial after the carpet was dry. Then about a week later they cleaned the carpet.

We were soon inundated with people who wanted to board up the windows of the burned out brick structure, the fire inspector, people wanting the job of rebuilding our home and many other concerns. We soon found out that these items would not only be stored but also put through an ozone process which would remove the awful smell of the smoke they picked up. Excellent - from the very first contact with their first responder who makes the appointment, to the staff who came out very quickly andcommunicated extensively, and their president, who made a point of staying on contact with us as well all during the process, we were very impressed with the detail work, professionalism and customer first attitude.

They were efficient in getting someone out shortly after we called them. They were detailed in explaining the process and the quotes for services. Their results fell closely in line with what they had explained to us. They did seem to care about the way in which they do things. All in all we are satisfied with the results. Only one issue to report. Due to type of issue creating the problem (backed up water drain) this was not an insurance covered claim and we paid directly. When putting up the tape and wall seals to create a barrier to the area to be dried, when the tape was removed from the ceiling it tore away some of the paint. While we know we have work to be done to replace carpet and fix drywall, painting the ceiling would not have been a part of the project and now will have to be.

We were very happy with their services and we would use them again.

they were called on monday afternoon, they were here the night of the same day. they began work right away. they were very courteous, respectful and professional. they returned daily to adjust their equipment and make sure everything was going as planned, it was they were completely finished within the week. they referred to a carpet company that came in the day after we called and reinstalled the carpet. they did a fantastic job. I would absolutely hire them again!!

We called PuroClean and they scheduled a team to come promptly to clean up and protect the space from further damage. After initial cleanup a time was scheduled for final carpet cleaning following the damage repairs. The gentlemen that came were quiet and polite. They promptly did their duties and left us with clear instructions for follow-up.

PuroClean arrived promptly after I called them about water leaking into my basement. They extracted the water, dried out the basement completely, did tests for mold and mildew, and saved the carpet in the basement. Furthermore, they cleaned the carpet to the point that it was difficult to tell it had once been totally saturated in water. The service was done professionally, quickly, and with great care. Overall, it was an experience that made me trust in the quality of their work.
