+ -1 moreHired them in August 2021, called them 4 times several weeks between each call asking for the estimate and to see when they were going to start the work. Last call they said they would start around Christmas. It's April 2022 now and I still do not have an estimate, they have not called, and of course they have not been here!
Description of Work: Needed ductwork repaired and wanted new furnace and a/c units.

+ -1 moreThe unit was failing on a Saturday morning. Humber was here before noon and had it blowing cold within a couple of hours. Both John Chapa and John Underwood are good natured professionals who know their trade. I will always call Humber.
Description of Work: A/C unit motor was running but not blowing air. John thawed the unit, changed the filter and added freon.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job, installed the whole unit in one day, replaced the thermostat with a digital one and came back to install a filter when when we couldn't find one anywhere. We will not use anyone else for heat and air except Humber. Both John's were wonderful.
Description of Work: Discovered on Memorial Day weekend that our A/C did not work. Called Fayette Heating & Air in Lexington to come out over the Holiday weekend and they came us a price of $8700 to replace the whole unit. We called around to get a better price and Humber was the most reasonable of everyone in Danville and Harrodsburg. They came out and told us that the unit had been hit by lighting, therefore we were able to turn in a claim on our homeowners insurance. They replaced it with a more efficient unit and even came back to put in a filter that we could not find anywhere at no cost. I will use Humber for anything we ever need for heat or air. They are very professional and can be trusted to treat you fair.

+ -1 moreThey did some work for me, at a good price, and did a real good job. They showed up on time, did very professional work, did the installation quickly, I compared prices, they were cheaper, and I was very pleased.
Description of Work: They installed a new air conditioning unit and duct work in a home that previously didn't have any.
