Contractor, John Scheibel, was extremely professional and easy to communicate with while he was balancing flooring, drywall, electrical and painting work that needed to done in a timely manner. I highly recommend him as a contractor. His crews worked hard and fast while providing a quality service , helpful suggestions to modernize the home and paying attention to detail.

They did a great job and they did it very fast.

Everything was done in one day. The contractor pulled out the old floor and repaired it with new. We are back in our bedroom and we are very pleased with the quality of the work.

I hired this company to completely renovate the outside of my house with new windows and new siding. The windows I wanted were special order and needed special measuring. They remove all my trim, measured and re-installed everything perfectly and always cleaned up. The siding went up quick and was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend you use this company for any of your remodeling needs. They are some of the best I have dealt with!

Used for extensive replacement of deteriorated exterior cedar siding. Used hardyboard product and ultimately repainted entire exterior of home, siding and trim. High quality work by conscientious crew. Would definitely use them again.

We started out just needing siding put on our old wood frame house but after consulting with John, we ended up completely redoing the outside to include the siding, new pillars, windows, gutters, sidewalks and ceiling fans on the back porch. He tiled both porches in an incredible grey slate tile. He also tore down the crumbling dry walls and ceilings in the dining room, entry hall, kitchen and living room, added insulation and dry walled and painted all four rooms. He also replaced the flooring in the kitchen and painted the cabinets. Our home has had such a dramatic makeover that people walking by stop almost every day to compliment us. John and his crew were great to work with and I highly recommend him for any job. This is an excellent, honest, smart and hard working company!

We hired John Scheibel and Remodel It LLC to replace our aging deck. The crew that did the work were talented carpenters who went above and beyond our expectations. They were courteous, hard wording guys who paid attention to the details. John's estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote we got, but in the middle. They had our old deck torn down in less than a day and had the new one up and ready for use is 6 more days. Highly recommend John and Remodel it LLC.

I highly recommend John Scheibel and Remodel It for your home addition or remodeling projects. He and his talented team will produce the results you are looking for. My project was a 2 story addition with a year-round sun porch on the first floor and a bathroom/laundry on the second. John contacted me almost immediately upon my posting on Home Advisor, and within a week or two he arranged meetings with his top guys to discuss the project, long before a contract was ever signed. He called me 2-3 times a week to make sure he understood what I wanted and what he needed to do to get the job. He was always responsive and easy to contact. Once the contract was signed work began promptly and continued as expected. Make sure you understand the variances of contract work, the weather, and other factors before you undertake a large project. Of course there were some small delays, but once work commenced it was quick and excellent. His crew did work past the contractual deadline, but the work being done was so good I did not mind. I wonted things done right and his guys did it right. His framer Efron is simply a wizard with a 2x4, his tile guy and mason Sergio is a true artist, and I do not have the name of his drywall guy, but he is amazing. All of his workers did a great job. In any project there will be unexpected issues and mistakes. John took ownership for these and fixed things fairly and quickly. None of these issue were out of the ordinary and they were all resolved to my complete satisfaction. Even after I gave him my final payment he continued to contact me to make sure that a few small details were being dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend John and Remodel It for any home project.

John and his two plumbers did an excellent job updating to bathrooms. Updated two 1970's bathrooms in my third floor condo. They were thoughtful, thorough and kept the cost down.

John went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting. He made several suggestions that were very helpful. He was so kind.

Remodel It LLC did a fantastic job painting our 50+ kitchen cabinets white. The quality of the Carlos' workmanship was outstanding. The cost did go over the estimate; however, their estimate and the final cost were reasonable. Overall, we are happy with the project.
