I hired this company to remodel/update the tub/shower tiling and the floor tile in two interior bathrooms. John is the owner. He is unorganized. He does not write things down and then forgets conversations. His lead, Nedi, is good but should find another job. The job consisted of removing existing tile and replacing with tile I supplied. The team was suppose to also replace the flooring tile that I also supplied. The worksite was left dirty every day. The amount of dust kicked up was hard to keep up with but they didn't even try. I also found spackling globs on doors, countertops, and some kind of glue in the bathtub. No care was taken to protect any part of the bathroom that was not being renovated. The final straw for me is the leak that has sprung. In addition to replacing the tile in the tub/shower surround, the team was hired to install a new showerhead, faucet and spicket combo. I called John as soon as the leak was detected. He said they had moved on to another project and would not fix the leak and told me to put in a claim against my homeowner's insurance. What? Terrrible customer service. Terrible work ethic. Terrible communication. Shouldn't have paid him. BEWARE!

They were extremely tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Worked long hours to get the job done in a shorter time. Very impressive work.

He was very reasonable in his pricing and he did a good job, he was good. He has completed and under pending and gutters. Will be using him again in the Spring.
