+ -1 moreCompleted the projects and I didn't have to hire high priced excavators, electricians, or building contractors -- truly a jack of all trades at about 1/5th of the cost.
Description of Work: Repaired carport, built storage area within carport and added electrical outlets, repaired soffit and facia board, built a crawl space door, added porch posts, and dug a drainage ditch.

+ -1 moreEven though it fell and it wasn't his fault he worked 2 extra days in helping me get it set back up and didn't charge me. He was excellent.
Description of Work: I hired him several years ago when got hit with a flood. We tried to raise my trailer several feet and it didn't work too well since it was sitting mostly on sand and it fell with both of us under it.
