Great service! We had attempted to find a contractor to fill in our koi pond for over a year and had been ghosted by 3 different businesses. But Alex showed up the same day he received our inquiry and within 3 days the job was done! Finally, we can look forward to a beautiful back yard instead of trying to ignore the big ugly hole in the ground!

Area looks amazing, nice and leveled. Had 0 problems with Alex on this project and did everythung we talked about. Will definitely look to hire again, Thank you!

never showed up for the estimate

Great Company! Called for estimate, Alex came out in a very timely manner and gave me a quote for repair. Called back when he said he would and gave me very honest answers and expert suggestions on what to do. Very trustworthy and professional.

Thompson Concrete installed a 32x40 pad for my shop. They were on time, clean, courteous, and professional. They provided a excellent product, at an unbeatable price. I will highly recommend Thompson Concrete to anyone who needs concrete work.

Mr. Thompson came out to look at the work to be done and said that he'd give me a quote on the job within the next few days. He neither quoted the job or contacted me further in any way at all.

The initial price was increased twice and could have been prevented if Mr. Thompson would have dedicated more time with the details on the project we hired him to do. Many attempts were made to have him come out to discuss the plans, and after telling me he was coming out to the house on two occasions, he never showed. I would say communication was the biggest break down. The extended drive looks awesome, however, he left a mess (extra rock, spilled concrete, uneven landscaping (dirt and holes). he seeded the uneven and rocky ground, which he covered it up with pine straw. I would be aware of this guy, the final price was a $1000 over what he originally quoted me.

They were very professional and prompt. There was an issue that was unforeseen and to no ones fault, but they handled it without blinking an eye. Great job overall and will for sure be going back to them for any future concrete needs.
