MILES EXTERMINATING

Miles reported he found evidence of current/recent termite activity, and that there was no evidence of prior termite treatment, and that a $600 treatment was recommended. We hired our own inspector who found that there is obvious signs of prior termite treatment via drill holes in many places, and that there is no evidence of any new or recent termite activity, that all termite tubes are the old dried up ones. He indicated he would not recommend treatment was necessary. We were aware of the old damage as was the buyer and buyer was aware of two floor joists showing old damage and per realtor was ok with it as it is easily fixed if one wanted to.... So what Miles inspector/part owner Michael Abdon seems to have done is avoid disclosing the treatment drill holes which are all over the place, stated there was evidence of recent activity, and then had a reason to state treatment was due, which he may be hired for. And I lost nearly 40k. My realtor informed me in all her many years as a realtor she has never seen one of these guys do this. Lucky me.
