Description of Work: My realtor uses this person all the time. He called the person and told him to come an hour before I was able to get the house. I told the realtor when I was available. Apparently, the inspector knows the homeowner well. He was talking with the parent of the owners and playing with baby during the inspection. I am new to the area, so I am a little skeptical about the inspection due to his association with the homeowners and the realtor.

+ -1 moreThey service all my rental units. They're very friendly and more of a hometown company than a large company. Because I'm a bulk client, it's only about $50 a unit for me. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
